Exactly, circule in Tai Chi are a n almost univerwsal key to take control of our opponent. Best regards.Paul,69,
started with suspended arms seated..lasted 10 seconds...strangely as i watch i can feel my muscles/fascia/vagus responding sympathetically as if i was doing it. i take it this means its the right answer for me..
This is the first set from the yin ! Where i can find set 2 and 3 from the yin and the 3 sets from yang?
I can see the postures are for building up power in dantien and solar plexus but this is not effective...the most powerful methods involve NO BODY MOVEMENT only siting still and using breathing with visualization (if one knows the yang power centre then a lot of focus is on only that and then focus on the yin centre and joining the two into one)..this is essentially what nei gong is not any movements because that is chi gong...anapanasati meditation of buddhism is same as a powerful nei gong just breathing back and forth between 2 points...the yin and yang get united into one force which can be manifested thru the body mostly thru the point in centre of palm
thanks for sharing these Neigong secrets. very simple yet valuable.
This is so cool. Can you tell me where can I find Master Chun? Thank you,
that first one is a nice posture. I like the image of suspend the hands from the ceiling as well, to get peng jin to the fingers.
Ich danke dir Sifu, mein Chi wird immer stärker und die balance zwischen mir und meinen Körper ist besser geworden.
Circle Hands, The Flying Eagle, The Lotus, Forward Swimming, Back Swimming, Row the Boat, Hold the Tray, unnamed arm exercise, The Snake Move, The Dragon Look Back, Finger Exercise, Paint the Rainbow, The Crane, The Monkey, The Fisherman Spreads Net, The Bat Flying Out Of Cave 11:05 , Rock the Baby, Touching Heaven and Earth, Circle Knee, The Circle.
This Neigong definitely isn't Old Yang Style. No Nei Qi circulation taught. No adhering qi to spine. No opening and closings. No bone breathing. I don't recognize this as taijiquan neigong. 🤔
Thanks Master to share your knowledge
Thanks for sharing your experience!
Amazing!
I did my neigong, both Yin and Yang sets 45years ago....and this is nothing like it!!
Well, do u have the gong ?
The volume is too low what are the benefits of this did anyone get results
Thanks !!❣️
Hello, I have been practicing this secret Neigong of Master Chun Man Sit for about 160 days for 1 hour each day, so I've exceeded the first basic 100 days. After completing these 100 days I reduced my practice to 45 minutes per day and right now on Mondays and Wednesdays I have less time and can practice 15 or 30 minutes. Is that enough? Another question is how much longer I have to continue the practice for this Neigong to develop fully. Any advice would be appreciated. Also I'd like to know if it covers the entire body or not, mainly to protect against knocks or punches. Lastly I'd like to thank Master Chun Man Sit for his contribution to the dissemination of Neigong, which I am sharing with many people who are interested in Tai Chi. Thanks again.
I’m sorry to reply late since I didn’t know this video is on TH-cam.I posted this for my students. Anyway my advice is to keep the 1 hour practice but practice 4 to 5 days per week. The key is to relax more, use less force is the ultimate key to tai chi.
tbh theres more than meets the eye to just practicing this, theres the breathwork, visualisation, body alignment, living well, eating right, meditation and its like a full time job hence places like buddhist temples, shaolin monks etc to just do this daily for 1-2hrs for 100days, 1 yr, 2yrs etc is not really going to get you and life changing changes maybe calm your mind at best. a lot of sifus do not reveal "everything" and only give out bits and pieces just to reel you in etc. hence so many 10min tutorials on yt. even the simplest form zhan zhuang/ standing like a tree is a lot more complex than it looks, if you want to feel the real benefits such as chi flowing throughout your body
I assume you have already fused yin and yang together??
Looks like twisted first stages of Wudang tai chi nei Kung ... interesting. 1 hour a day, and in 100 days you have your teacher jump on your stomach without flexing muscles in the stomach, from around 1.80 meters.
That's an awfully wide stance, more of a Shaolin Horse Stance (Ma Bu). Most Zhan Zhuang postures have much narrower stances.
There is one stick figure Zhang Zhuan in Old Yang Style that does have a wide base toes out similar to this. Very rare to be taught this. It is used to develop many things including fascia, bone marrow breathing, develop Jin and more. But none of the internals or actual neigong is in this video nor hand postures. This does not resemble any secret taijiquan neigong as all of them have actual internals, not just hold the pose😂🤔
Shaolin? No that's the bastardized rebranded version they do in the temple since its said rebrand in the 1980's. It was to hide that the cultural revolution failed( only succeeding in killing hundreds of thousands, and leaving hundreds of millions marked with CPTSD. Anyways...The shaolin horse stance is shoulder width wide, no farther out nor closer in. Wide stances are to develop the fascia, strength of sinews & tendons, imporve jing practice, ecetera ecetera. Ass should be out like a duck, back is straight, knees dont go past the toes, and the head is held level. Look at shaolin boxing & shaolin chanwuyi under the Wu Gulun lineage.

Here is general basic way of breathing I use as mentioned inMaster Mantak Chai’s books. Not exactly related but highly useful. Breathe in and Fill the belly with air and continue breathing in and raise the breath up to chest then reverse on exhalation. Ie.Chest down first then stomach is flattened on exhalation then up ,in and out all in one motion like a wave coming in and out of the ocean. The breath is in and out the nose and it even sounds like a wave in and out. I do this laying or sitting down and it is a general principle for various kinds of practices as mentioned in Mantak Chias books.
Triple burner
Thankyou
Thanks a million master
But can he burn paper with bare hands?
Ha ha ha. I use matches to burn paper. But I use my bare hands to light the match. Sit
That's only in video games.

That's great. The explanation of application was perfect. Only practitioners realize what you say.
where can I learn more about this system. thanks
You can't you need a master to learn it and it's a secret and for the most dedicated.

I would have to work up to 10 min. 5 min. is all I can do now. But still feel results.
I did 15 and it hurts
@@MRCROOM-db8me you're good if you can do 15 minutes of each position! I finally got to 10 minutes for the two arm positions but the holding the ball and gathering the chi I divided into 5 minutes, 25 minutes total. My feet are screaming by then! This secret niegong practice is amazing!
🙏👏👏👏Thx u shifu. Question, in the 1st form n last form, how high does one hold the hands? 🤔 Above the head or not? Also, pls how far does one sits on the stance?🤔. Thx u🙏
Can you share John Chang's Mo Pai method?
Does the sifu know this method ?
Thank you Sifu. Keep practice. Dispel the darkness. Return the light. Grow the art. Laoshr 60 Ching Yi Kung Fu Association.
sooooo stupid. this technique only works on gullible actors. every single time this "force" was tested, it has failed miserably. WHY?
Alot of you won’t truly learn. Full of shit, as they say in the west. Taiji is normally postures and movements, seemingly to untrained people, unknowing. But its external meaning is later explained and then comes breathing and qi gong explaination. People just don’t get it, you can kill or injure yourself without proper training.
Awesome thank you!
Excellent thank you 🙏
this guy probably learnt some nei kung but does it incorrectly, makes wrong explanations as well as poor demonsrations-no secrets no need for his merchandise.
You don’t know what you are talking about. And rarely the certain secrets you are looking for would be taught at all. דב ויסברגר
Correct and perfect Nei Kung. Awesome. Congratulations. I am a Nei Kung instructor too and learned interesting dateless with you. Thank´s a lot. I let my little Nei Kung demonstration now. th-cam.com/video/eo883jHSp9Q/w-d-xo.html
Nice
Would anyone be kind enough to outline the steps and durations as the audio is a bit low?
he says 10 min for each of the 3 postures in one continuous 30 min. Personally start with 5 (he mentions this) each work up to 15 or 20 min each .. personally I have tried about 8 min finishing with a few minutes of wu ji standing.
the rule in all internal kung fu as far as breathing goes is one, breath naturally, do not hold your breath to conform to a certain move up or down in or out, always breath naturally, that means take a breath or let it exhale as needed ,you learn to cordinate everything to be natural
Some do what is called reverse breathing. I dont think its good.
Thats not true. Thats what you learned. but thats not quite correct. It all depends on what your goals are. First there is baby breathing. Then reverse breathing. And then natural breathing. Good luck.
Breathe in and Fill belly with air continue breathing in and raise the breath up to chest then reverse on exhalation. Ie. Chest down first then stomach is flattened on exhalation them up ,all in one motion like a wave coming in and out of the ocean. The breath is in and out the nose and it even sounds like a wave in and out. I have only done this laying down but it is a general principle for certain kinds of practices as mentioned in Mantak Chias books.
@@Gieszkanne reverse breathing is practiced and used for FaJing not a normal way of breathing

I cant even remain in that squat position for 20 seconds haha its hard
Try to stay in that horse stance as long as possible the health benefits are amazing. Clear high functioning mind, strong grip in your hands. Can squat down easily to pick things up. Just improves your day to day living.
