@@RyanSesternah, the pressure and damage to his joints are imaginable, trust me, i see these guys daily, pride themselves on 1 lift, whooooo 🤦 not many ppl who push their body like that live past 50 and i tell my class this allllll the time, you see him sit quickly after?.. hes about to pass out, that damages the brain cells, thr brain is literally shutting down the body from pressure and lack of oxygen but i ramble, who cares bro, the lifttttt 😂 the lift 🤦 I rather be healthy, but do you shark juice 🥤 🤣🤣🤣 That heart won't last pumping like that 🫁🫀🧠 They gush blood out the nose,how much more of a warning can you receive? This is not a healthy lifestyle, its one for guys to puff out their chest and shorten their life ✌️
