I remember cycling from St Dogs down to Poppit Sands with my gf when I went to visit her in Cardigan. It was an enjoyable cycle ride.

I'm intrigued by this as well. Is there a gps / map / anything of this route? I usually go further afield rather than stay in Pembrokeshire, so would like to try this..
