Pitch: The Flash has his powers tampered with my the Beyonder and warps reality, combining the DC and Marvel universes. At first, each super team thinks the other is an invading force hence why they'll fight each other. At first the Avengers and Justice League aren't aware of the Beyonder but Uatu the Watch is and informs not in the Flash of the tampering but both teams as well The teams then team up to fight against the Beyonder in order to either return to normal or learn to live with each other on the same earth.

But muscle fatigue is more likely to affect Bats than Cap after only a few hours. As it can take days for fatigue toxins to actually build up enough to where the Super Soldier Serum can no longer compensate and clear then from his system and body. Plus Batman is not better conditioned than Captain America. Because just like Bats, all Cap does is train in his free time. Or at least all of that was true of pre movie, pure comic verse Captain America. He was a low tier Super\Meta human with not just 3-5 tons of lifting strength. But Superior enhanced reflexes, reaction and movement speed. As well as superior agility. And it's not like Cap has never fought the HAND or Dare Devil or Electra, or any other number of Marvel Ninja types. He fought in WW-2, so he has fought the Japanese directly. And is no stranger to their tactics. It just wouldn't be that easy against the real Captain America. Batman would be fortunate obtain a draw.

With all due respect no, there’s not gonna be a crossover between the MCU and the DCU because that would ruin both worlds of comics in my opinion. Also the abysmal DCEU crashed at the box office hard hence why WB is moving passed Zac Snyder and his Injustice knock off by handing baton over to James Gunn and Peter Safran. Having a crossover via comics is far more realistic than on the big screen because no offense, but grown adults aren’t gonna pay to watch a mashup flick that looks like it was created by fans on YT.

Far in the future of this idea they would reboot both universes into the ACU Amalgam Cinematic universe one multiverse where they would create a franchise that would rival both MCU and DCEU and would be talk about for years to come. They could use Amalgam comics as a baseline for their work and just like the first iron man movie in 2009, the franchise would never end, multitude of characters over time.

I call bull on this scenario. Captain America is never clumsy, slow, nor does he ever tires out at all. He would instinctively counter and keep up with Batman well enough. Cap is a perfectly trained combative with enhance speed, refexes, senses, durability and stamina. As fast and as tough as Batman is, Cap is just as, if not, slightly more faster and tougher than the Dark Knight. Batman wouldn't win in a first random encounter with the super soldier. They're no getting pass that highly advanced tactical skill, which is on par with Batman himself. The only way Batman would come out on top if he would analyze his opponent immediately to already figuring out everything to know about who and what Cap is, preparing for him in a second encounter.
