I lost mine five years ago...tried reaching out every year but got dismissed,hurt even more, this previous year she reached out saying she wants us back but I couldn't, I was so done and on my healing journey.i feel like some of these friendship are meant to end permanently

This make me remember my childhood friend 😢 we used to be a finger and nail,the friendship ended up while telling her not to quit school that time we were in high school then,she 💔 broke when she told me that i am not her mother must leave her alone...till this day we are adults now but no one has taken initiative to like talk real talk...it broke me because i love this girl..

I am watching this sooo late (8 months) to be precise and I really love Lynn but on this one, Lynn really made some mistakes... Zawadi is so cool and calm. Lynn was petty, taking back her stuff that she had given Zawadi as presents.. ouch!!!! But I am happy you guys made up.

Is good that you made up but I felt like Lynn is not 100% understanding why she wrote that message, instead she is defending herself why she reacted that way. I think if it was not for the friend they couldnt have spoken till today. She was hurt hence she reacted that way but still she made an effort to reach out to you. I applaud her for that and she is really a genuine person.

Hi Lynn. I’m a subscriber to both your channels. Great conversation. I can relate, though yours have a happy ending. 🙌🙌Happy for you and your friend. Now I need to hear your thoughts on my story. I too lost a long term friend who then went around telling those we knew that she no longer wants anything to do with us. I had assisted her a lot financially and emotionally when she had nothing when she became unemployed. Now listen to this: I talk to our mutual friend about how I traveled to see her and assisted her with this and that(which was a lot and I didn’t want anyone to know or for her to pay me back). On WhatsApp with our mutual friend she (mutual friend)is the First one who mentioned how our friend( my long term friend), was struggling then I replied her on WhatsApp saying yes I can see our friend is struggling and I visited her and did this and that to assist her. Guess what? This mutual friend then forwarded my voice message to my friend! Why did she do that? My long term friend then disowned me and what is funny is that it is my long lost friend who used to tell me stuff about people’s lives and I would never tell! When I was on my own I realised that although we were long term friends she had never really been there for me as I had been in her life( for example when I lost my job she did not help me with anything, I lost my brother, no matter how far these villages are from each other, she did not come, I lost my mum, and she did not come, and I lost my dad, she didn’t come)! I got married and she only came in the evening for the party. All these deaths and myself loosing a job happened within a short space of time and before our friendship went sour. I was especially hurt because I have always been there for her and family.For example, when she lost her dad I flew in from outside the country and spent 2weeks with her and staying at her place to give her support. In hindsight I think for me to talk about her struggles to this mutual friend may have just have come from inner anger towards her? Maybe and I was not aware. But honestly I feel that I was her friend and she did not see our relationship the way I saw it. I still think of her and I miss her, but I see that I’m caring about someone who did not rate our relationship as I did. I wrote her an email apologising to her. She send an email asking me to send her my bank account so she can pay me back all the money I had assisted her with. I didn’t do that as I was assisting her from the bottom of my heart and was not expecting a refund. This was in 2022 and we never got back together again. I’m ok because I see that she was not a friend as I was to her.Moremogolo( Johannesburg, South Africa) .

I once had a best friend... thought so... actually saw as a sister....then was suddenly dropped.....more than 15years still have no idea what I did or didn't.... Ever since...... besties nah ......

I had two girlfriends whom as per now our friendship ended under very petty circumstances. One friend was because of a handbag,we were frnds since highschool.I borrowed her a handbag n since i wasn't able to return the same day i inquired if i can return it on saturday wen she's available....Waaaah,,,,Lemme tell you Lynn,,kufika do u knw she grabbed her bag and slammed the door on my face..... Huyu mwingine,,,Nilinyamaziwa tu hivo wthout knowing wat wrong i had done.. Thats how everythng ended n i healed wth time..
