I have very mixed thoughts about third act breakups. I feel like sometimes it can be done well......but also it's over done. And it especially drives me nuts if it's a miscommunication trope breakup.

I can only recommend you could be so pretty. It's turned my view on myself and the women around me completely. It's not the most captivating writing style but a wonderful work of art non the less.

I wasn't a huge fan of any of the Bridgerton books, but I do think Penelope's story was my favorite! You Could Be So Pretty sounds very intriguing. I'll look it up!
I think the Bridgerton show has made me like the books more than I otherwise would have tbh! And yes! Holly Bourne writes great books, and I really enjoyed You Could Be So Pretty
I haven't read Circe or The Song of Achilles. They sound daunting to me for some reason. I'm reading my first Greek myth retelling right now so depending on how this one goes I might get to those others!
