Wrong information... Airport from PWC is approx 5 kms only.. There are 2 ways via porwal road to Kalwadvasti and then airport.. Yerwada Commerzone is approx 7 km.. But yes the approach road here is a big concern because at several places it's a bottleneck. I myself go to magarpatta offc from here and it takes 25 mins to reach there via scooter/bike.

@@srishivam05342 5 km & 7 km is correct but the point made is time it takes to reach. What time are you talking about... 25 mins to magarpatta from PWC ? Have you even travelled during 8 to 10 AM and back during 5 to 7 PM? Anyone can open Google maps and put the destination and source during that time and check the time it takes(Do it after Diwali and verify that)... The bike and car are 2 different vehicles. Also you didn't deny the other facts about builder behaviour post possession. Also want to add the construction quality and fittings are really bad in societies like Kingsbury. Just ask any resident. Moreover I would suggest any buyer to check with PWC residents living in the society of brooklyn and kingsbury to confirm what I said because the seller is gonna sell and you would face problems afterwards. Don't take anyones word other than people living in society and not part of any committee.

@@amitpatil7659 Can you share any other such big society or township with close proximity to Airport, Viman Nagar or Kalyani Nagar?? The potholes and road traffic jam is everywhere in Pune.. In the heart of the city there are very few people who can afford property.. So at such price point with all the facility and close proximity I find this place suitable for middleclass and upper middle class considering future growth with such a reputed builder so far..

Hello sir , govt has their guidelines for flood lines which are implemented from the time India got independent . The reason behind flooding is not heavy rainfall but the garbage that is in the river . So during rainy season the water gets clogged and flooding happens . You can go on internet and check pune river front development project . This project has been initiated already near bund garden . The purpose behind this project is to first clean the river then make it deep so that water level automatically drops . And all the problem which we are seeing will not happen . So it will take time but future is bright

Appreciate your views ! Project ke piche according to me is the biggest river …. If you compare prices .. there Are 3,4 projects which has higher price than this project .. and density is low to moderate I would but it has lots of open space .. compared to any other in the vicinity . When you buy real estate we have to choose one and obviously all boxes can not be ticked .
