The first of a series of videos on how citizens acting together can address wicked problems

Samajic citizenship is bottom up, from the street, transforming how people interact with each other on a day to day basis. This will lead to a patchwork design. There will be lots and lots of experiments that won't have the uniformity we expect the state to provide. And that should be okay. As long as the general direction of movement is positive.

In this video, we introduce the idea of citizen centric design, of distributing the capacity to solve wicked problems in as wide a population as possible. In fact, every citizen should be a 'wicked mind.' When you're in a complicated, fast moving landscape, chances are that the state doesn't have the capacity to respond so quickly.
