In order to get more money, people have to present more value to the marketplace. That’s how capitalism works. Money isn’t given by pity. It’s given by value. Profiteers need to pay low so they can maintain high profits.

My sister deceived me to steal $10k from me. I tried to rescue her from poverty and she put on an act that she was teachable. This was a 7 year long attempted mentorship and financial benefactor relationship… She got into debt from not listening to me and promised to use my money to clear her debts. When I asked for receipts to prove the debts were paid, she ghosted me for days and spent large amounts of my money on things I didn’t authorize my money 💰 for.

All power that the elite have is given to them by the masses by their own choice. They have to be unwise to give away their energy to someone else (and get garbage in return). You can either be a pimp or a hoe in this life. The pimps have all the nice stuff. And the hoes die from stds. Your entire body is worth something to the elite. Your bones are fossil fuel. (I used to think dying meant the elite couldn't use me for their game, WRONG, they always win) Money doesn't really matter except for getting someone to be your hoe. Before money there was religion, and you could get people to do what you wanted that way. There's more but youtube loves to delete comments. Something dumb people love to do is have kids when they don't have the means to take care of them, so then zero population growth tactics crop up. (war, drugs, etc) Look at how more people have autism now (me being one of them, my mom had 2 miscarriages before me, she did something to fuck up her reproductive system). Look at how fertility rates have gone down because of all the women abusing steroids (birth control). The men are getting weaker cause the women are weaker and teh women are getting weaker cause the man are... yadda yadda. Anyway I think most of these tactics used to devolve the human race are so that the flower pot that is earth doesn't get over-run by too many tomatoes (humans) so just like you would thin the garden, the elite come up with methods to thin the population. Money doesn't really matter. It's just a tool to get hoes to work for you. I suppose before there was money (a very long ass time ago) Religion was used to get hoes to work for you, and you called yourself 'bringer of light' or whatever the trick back then was. IRL, I am watching someone getting overdosed by doctors that don't care about them, and they're dying faster cause of it. This is probably primarily because they have the worst insurance, so they get the worst doctors, but the way the elite see it is that this person deserves to die... Anyway I hope youtube didn't eat this comment. I'll leave another one.

A house with some beautiful features. I notice the urinal is in a separate alcove. As are the toilets. In the US a separate closed space for a urinal would make less objectional. The way to avoid normal toilet seat objections is to use a soft close unit and always close the lid. Everyone must always close the lid.

I wished you showed other examples of Japanese bathrooms. The reheating of the bathtub seems kind of gross. Like Kramer said, you are bathing in your own filth, only now its someone else filth as well. If you are already squickyclean why would you take a bath. That bathtub seems regular sized, what are the dimensions? How many liter? I hate that all bathtubs are too short, my dream bathtub is 2meter and shaped more like a person, so that it would take the same amount of water but you get fully submerged. Also it should be made of wood.

I think this the money is one side of it but there's also the time cost. A lot of home maintenance and improvement expenses can be pretty cheap if you can spend a little time researching, and make the "investment" on a house a lot more worth it. One example are zoning permits, which you need to make most improvements to your property. If you go through a contractor who will do all the design work, application for permits with your township, etc, you're looking at a cost of thousands of dollars for something you could've reasonably done yourself with some time at a public library and 40$ for the permit fee. The same with a lot of simple home repairs like replacing switches, outlets, patchwork and grading. But a lot of people these days just don't have the time because of a variety of reasons. Commuting, kids, just being tired and burnt out from your job. People either bite the bullet and pay a premium on things so they don't have to expend the extra energy or they forgo what they need to do altogether.

    1. First point is when stimulus was given out many people paid off debt and started investing, s and p 500 and bitcoin skyrocketed. Not everyone invested but many did. Others got out of debt as you mentioned, many others were able to get out of poverty. 2. Inflation is built into the system, even if people didn’t received a dime prices will trend upward there for demanding a higher wage As for your solution, you can walk and chew bubblegum at the same time, meaning we can get paid more and get education on money at the same time one doesn’t stop the other. My solution is get rid of fiat currency, get away from debt based society and fix the weakness of capitalism (i.e monopoly, consumerism of low value products and planned obsolescence) along with higher financial education and increased standards of living via tech advances and higher wages and higher support for national built products and services

The notion that by paying your employees more you must increase the cost of your product is absurd. But, of course you're gonna get such a douchy take from someone who clearly does well.
