Does Brian go too deep when he comes out of the box on the left? He can't really cover the pinch/splat from there. I have taken to just turning so I'm on the short line, with my racquet up/ready to handle cross-court, From there I have a chance at the pinch/splat. When the ball clears and we're into the rally, then I ease back to center.

I appreciate this video so much!! This was one aspect I wasn't sure of this helps a ton. I am often inconsistent in the backhand and I think it is because my grip is off, making me have to compensate and hit inconsistent shots.

I prefer watching women pros play, it is just slower enough to learn how to move your feet and how to set up and have great form for shots. Asked about using the standard Gearbox vibration dampener vs rubber band. Why the preference?

How important is the grip and do you change grip depending on forehand versus backhand? In and do you change grip depending on forehand versus backhand? In tennis some people tend to change their grip frequently for serves forehand and backhand. Should we stick with one particular grip in racquetball like continental, Semi Western?

🤔…..racquetball newbie here. So, while learning the rules of the game, I have been taught that if the server wins the rally they get a point. And if the server’s opponent wins the rally then no point is awarded, but the receiver of that serve now becomes the server. The rules in this racquetball video are different. Why?
