    re: your dog's fear of thunderstorms, try a Thundershirt! My old dog was terrified of storms, and the first time we put a Thundershirt on her she fell asleep during a storm. It was fantastic for her and I've recommended it to other people as well since. I was skeptical at first but they really do work!

    Really nice! While watching I had an idea that you could put your desk in front of the window of the small room to have sunlight and more open space around you while doing desk stuff. My other idea was that you could move your bed to your small room and put a sofa at the back wall where your bed was standing. On the right side of the sofa ypu could you place a small table and a plant and maybe a basket. In front of the window you could put your desk and next to your door your shelf with the books and stuff. I'm not sure if it would fit but that was what came out when I was moving around your furniture in my mind :D

    Hi great vid thnks, and really appreciate the apps u shared in the description. I want to asks u bout duration of this. Howmuch it takes you to complete all this, and how you stuck to it (especially meditation) cause for me i find it boring to keep meditating every 20m even though i know its healthy, but my mind is like heck no thats a waste of time.

      Hey Faisal ✨ when you start a meditation practice I recommend either starting with less time (5 minutes a day) or doing guided meditations - this way your mind has something to focus on while you’re adjusting your mind and body to slow down and take time like this for yourself in the mornings! :) My entire morning routine takes around 1.5-2 hours when I’m not rushing it. While I was working full-time last year, I had a smaller morning routine of 30-40 minutes and would just get up a bit earlier to do my morning practices. Sometimes, when I don’t feel like doing my morning routine i remind myself that my entire day and my productivity is a reflection of the first hour of my day, so I convince myself to do it anyway. It’s a good way to practice self-discipline and achieving a small win + feeling accomplished from the beginning of your day and it carries through in how you show up for the rest of the day! I hope this helps! x
