How is this drum set captured? The snare sounds like it's being triggered on and off like there is no reverb like an acoustic snare would have.

Well, the drum set is about 120cm wide and and 75cm long Height is about 100-110cm (it is changeable, you should set it the way it is most comfortable for you to play...) If you add the chair then the width goes up to ~120cm. Don't forget to leave some extra space around the chair because a wall or any kind of object may block your hands while drumming... I also recommend on buying a small carpet for the drums (mine is 170x120cm), it prevents the pedals from moving around... Good luck :]

*facepalm* Your comment sucks Reason 1. Penta Penguin is not 5/5 for all stats. He's slower than Tiny, Dingo and N.Tropy. Reason 2. He was far infront oxide anyway, and could have stayed that way using Pura and no shortcuts. Reason 3. You have obviously not seen his other time trial videos. Try N.Gin labs for example. If you can do better, post a video...
