Boba Fett from BOBF instead of the Stranger. Not a perfect show, but my favourite Boba Fett outfit. Got the Japanese figure instead...great figure, you get a lot for the money.

I really enjoyed Rebels so Agent Kallus would be good.

Good list. I was all prepared to dislike the list when I saw the Stranger on there, but you brought me back. I totally agree with your top 2. They're mine as well. I think I'd swap out the stranger, Solo Maul and the sequel figures for Ezra Bridger in Ahsoka attire, retooled huttslayer Leia, Nien Nunb and ROTJ Mon Mothma.

I agree with all those figure's you've chosen, they would be fantastic in any collection, hope it happens.

All pretty decent picks. I’d also love to get some more OT figgies though. Nein Numb and Lobot are obvious but we need a couple more Ewoks like Logray and Chief Chirpa. Moff Jerrjerrod or however you spell that might be cool too. From the prequels I need a new Jango that existing figure is trash. We also need an Episode III Padme probably from Mustafar. And Senator Organa. From the sequels I’d add an unmasked Kylo Ren. Maybe one that resembles Adam Driver. That’s almost all the way to a top twenty now though.

Smyths locally and online dont stock what they used to I guess its demand v popularity, again like you I have a 2 specialist shops within 20 miles but both are rediculously high prices for what is already overpriced in my opinion. I rationalised my Star Wars collection a year ago and focused on Black Series but its difficult to get value for money especially on certain figures, I picked up some through Hasbros 2024 re-release program but missed Rex (again) and wont pay £60+ for him but I did get Bossk, 0-0-0, BT-1 and Fox all under £30 each delivered which I made my peace with as I coudlnt get these preowned for that price. UK high street shops (whats left of them) just dont keep these anymore its a shame which means mostly sourcing from online shopping plus postage so I buy less and have to be more selective. We also never have big reductions like they do in the USA where figures can be picked up for $5 to $10 ea even at Game UK. For me Forbidden Planet is Southampton (45 miles) or London Train plus parking @ £30 which is fun to do but if you buy 2 figures and sandwich/coffee you are in for over £100. HMV 20 miles away nothing realy changed stock wise so all in all UK has a very low retail expereince to offer. Even the Hasbro site charges full retail so no benefit there, I think the whole pre-order thing has killed shopping and at the same time driven up prices to unrealistic levels to keep those online retailers stocking Hasbros product. Take the new 2025 Cody release just gone up for preorder, available in all online UK stores & Hasbro direct at £24.99 or similar plus P&P I thought this would sell out in a couple of days but no lots still available v when I missed the announcement of the Archive Line Bossk being rereleased all UK stock gone in under 48 hours, never made it to any high street shops yesterday 2 left on Amazon UK at £39.99. I am now following your ethos of buying what I like not trying to complete series or lines etc dont have the finanaces for that but am happy collecting figures that offer value and look good. Happy collecting and keep making the content you hae a great collection.

Like you I like to be able to pick up my figures in person, simply because it gives you more control over the quality of paint finish and state of package. I've also found the same thing as you with Smyths it used to be great and now pretty much useless. The last time I went to my local they had one figure (not one type just one figure). This has been my first year of heavily pre-ordering and it is somewhat a nightmare making sure you have the money in your account at the supposed time of release in the hope it actually comes in stock. I like Forbidden Plant I'm luck in that I can either go to Liverpool or Manchester it just means I have to shell out for a £29 return train ticket to get there. I was also looking for Black Krrsantan and got a very good deal at Star Action figures. Good vid and just subscribed...See ya next time.

As soon as you went to the Accolyte and Poe and Finn, you lost me. There are so many OT figs before these. The cantina aliens, Owen and Beru, Death Star gunner, power droid, all bespin characters, jabbas palace aliens. We don’t have any of those and we already have the sequel garbage. You are entitled to your views. Mine are just different.

Yeah "The Acolyte" had issues with its narrative structure and pacing ... and apprently its budget. But YESSSS give us --- for the love of god --- Qimir. I'd definitely have watched a follow-up show called "The Apprentice" (viz. a young Sheeve Palps faces off with Mae/Osha to be Qimir's novice) and with a 3rd Season called "The Master" (in which Palps and Qirmir go head-to-head to serve Plagueis). Agreed, Poe Dameron is the Fugliest Black Series figure ever ... by miles. Yes to that Padme ... as Queen Amidala ... the design is so pure Flash Gordon era pulp imagery. I wanna plug the "Death Star" RA-7 Protocol Droid in silver (they're in 4 different movies/shows) and the "Snaggletooth" Snivian from Ep. IV cantina ... I want Hasbro to complete the original Kenner wave 2 from 1978/9 (They've done Greedo, "Hammerhead" Moma Nadon, "Walrus Man" Ponda Baba, Boba Fett, R5D4 and Luke in his X-Wing kit ... add the Gonk Droid and we'de be there!!)

Took inspiration from this and walked into town to have a look in Game & HMV to see what they had. Haven’t been in two months.. and both had exactly the same stock. Nothing new at all, both real pathetic displays. So yeah it’s really Forbidden Planet or online and that’s it

One sing I want which I know is never going to be made, is a black series scale version of that Anakin to Vader play set that came out in the 3.75 scale for episode 3

It's exactly what I am experiencing in Lexington, KY. The thrill of the hunt is part of what I like. When there is maybe ONE SWBS at target that has been peg warming for a year already I don't feel like I have it better in the States. I have stopped doing preorders for now.

Some nice figs here ... That Kylo is, as you suggest, better than one might expect ... but Grievous is a more near miss than underated hit. He's off scale (too small); tippy (soft ankles) and a bit stiff (some tolerances don't match). Great video!

Last year, I found a Zori Bliss figure in a clearance bin with a bent box. It's a great figure. If the accessories with a particular figure are unpainted, or painted badly, I repaint them lol. The Kylo Ren sabers paint up very well. They've an excellent sculpt.

I love this list! While I may not agree with some of your selections I have posted videos in which Zorii Bliss (among others) made the favorites list. Generally speaking I’m not a fan of last Jedi or Rise however many of the character looked pretty awesome. I own that Snoke figure but have never removed him from the box- now you’ve got me thinking. Some of the figures that I believe to be underrated are -Zorii Bliss -Imperial Patrol Trooper -Shore Trooper -Saw Gererra -Kit Fisto -Battle Droid -Padme

I have seen many Black Series collections. I collect the line myself. Most collections are organized by era or trilogy. However, seeing yours with all the eras and characters mixed...conceptually I shouldn't like it but...I think I love it! I don't know how, but having all the eras mixed makes it look homogeneous and coherent. Star Wars is seen as a whole and not just the sum of its parts. In a few words.... fantastic display of your collection. I loved it!
