Thanks for this video. Order pins from Amazon on Tuesday got them the next day and have my brush guard on the evening. I did take my pins apart and cut 5/16 off the brackets so the pins go in deeper. I used a 5/8 wood dowel to keep everything aligned since I cut the bottom hole off the bracket.

Mine has that problem and it doesn’t turn on. The spark plug gets wet and the seafood 300 does not turn on.

I ordered everything except the brake line, I have a 23 xmr 1000 max chassis and I am confused on which brake line part number is right for me for the left rear caliper upgrade? Thank you for your help

I have a 2023 xmr 1000 in a max chassis. Which part number do you use for the brake line? Where do you tie into with the brake line? Is there a need for a separate right hand brake lever? Does the stock equipment have enough brake pressure to support a 4th caliper?

I hope someone responds with solution. This is damaging problem not just annoyance dang it. Thanks for sharing your findings.

We picked up 3 brand new 2023 jet skis this summer and I didn't want a Supercharger on any of them. Kawasaki STX160LX, Sea doo GTX170 and a GP1800R-HO. Not worth the Potential issues and silly stuff like in this video for a few more MPH and horrible fuel consumption and not to mention 91 octane gas every fill up.

My 2013 seaDoo went to shit after 3rd trip to lake, no power.. they never fixed it right! Plastic valve in upper head broke and ended up in oil pan. Sold it! Won’t even look at another seaDoo

One thing people miss is the 590 has cylinder inspection holes to see if there is grass build up. At the 508 mark you can see how much bigger the air cover is on the 590. On the cover you can see the inspection symbols.

If you put Terra-grips or chains on the 4WS x584 it will be way better than the x590 because of the turning radius. That’s the biggest reason I went with the X584 because I have a plow and a blower and I can get done in half the time. If the X584 breaks down it can be easily fixed but if you have fuel injection you’ll have to go to a dealer. You can’t get the aggressive tire on the X584 because of the turning radius. I bought my X584 in 2016 and have had no issues except for maintenance.

To drain that intercooler easy way is remove hose from throttle body , bring it up and rev motor at 3000-4000$ few time , all water will be pushed by supercharger air !

How is the spare mounted?

Take it out , bring it to a welding shop to weld a bung on the cooler, then you can screw a petcock valve into bottom of the cooler. I'd suggest to anyone not riding hard , just get a non supercharged ski. Then you wouldn't have to use premium fuel, and have the supercharger rebuilt every 100hrs.. I won't buy a supercharged ski myself, I'd just buy the the most powerful one thats NA.

2021 gtx 300 limited. Never had that issue almost 45 hours. Rides mint.

I have experience this today it completely bottles down, then after a while it picks back up speed. I have a wired smell on the inside of my engine bay when this happens.
