Hi Chris, Great tutorial! I've a question for you following a brief table setting: We are transitioning into Agile and evaluating JIRA, and as a tester and having worked on Agile Scrum using JIRA in my previous employment for a while, it's been bestowed upon me to explore what we can get the most of of it. @ 37:50 time frame, you mentioned about taking a workflow and export as bundle and import that into a new JIRA instance. Could you pls give me brief walk through and explain how it could be such useful as you mentioned? I just want to grasp the benefits of such feature. Thanks again for a great overview. Much appreciated.

Please talk slowly so that people can hear, understand and retain what is spoken. Are you actually reading from a script?. You sound just like that. People who read continuously without any pauses, don't seem to run out of breath which is a longer version of the word RANT.

Does this only work with office documents, are can we use other files as well?

13 minutes in and we still haven't seen anything about JIRA Service Desk. We've had an intro to the company, the presenter, and the ITIL function (to the point that I am ready to fall asleep!). It'd be very helpful to get to the point of the video more rapidly: it's supposed to be "An Introduction to JIRA Service Desk".

Does not work for sales projects resulting from sales to much clinking expert knowledge needed I have a degree don't have the time for a another one you need one page were you can see and move every thing not click new page click another page another, oops made a mistake wait till the administrator is back from lunch and then only can it be fixed, Stupid program, Simplicity is highest form of technology. worked on it for 6 months "Sucks" I can better project manage from Facebook waist of money!!!!
