never saw the cartoon but had the toy as a kid and the only thing i hated about this Voltron was when you put them 2gether he had 6 arms :( but i see on the cartoon the other arms are not there..... ahhhh oh well, sometimes i wish toy makers would stay close to the cartoons! good vid 5 stars! :)

My favourite super hero has and always will be Flash, I have loved him ever since I was...3 I think, and i still do, I've always looked up to him lol.

This is a nostalgia trip and a half for me. Back when I was very little, there was this hardware megastore my parents would go to most weekends and I would get parked at this little kids area while they shopped for what ever they'd come for. This kids area was little more than a fenced off ten by ten square of astroturf with a TV screen on the wall, but I didn't mind, because what was on that TV screen was the complete series of Voltron and I sat enraptured by it for hours in that hardware store

So WEP would had taken any combiner mecha from that time, that wasn't TF, and slap the "Voltron" label on it had they gotten the chance? Seems that way. XP

@alexbaxthedarkside At least now, if they made a new live-action He-Man film, they'd be able to computer-animate Orko and put him in it. The trick is casting the actors to play the human roles. I already know who I'd cast as Man-At-Arms if I was making it, and that'd be Rex Linn. For those unfamiliar with the name, he's the bald, mustachioed FBI agent in the first Rush Hour movie and currently portrays Sgt. Frank Tripp on CSI: Miami. As for the rest, I have no idea who could/would play them.

It may happen one day, but it certainly won't by MJ Fox starring in it. Between age and Parkinsons, I don't know if he'll be even capable of live action movies any more. But feature Marty's son? Now thats possible and more than logical, since 'The Present' of the Back to the Future movies was 1985. Hell, I can even picture a plotline for it, with someone having found all of Doc Brown's notes and research in his old lab and built a new time machine 25 years later.

LMFAO!! I had this toy when I was a kid and hated it cuz it wasn't the lion force voltron. I thought it was a cheap imitation. DAMN! I should of kept those old toys, they'd probably be worth something now.

I actually had the Red Robot toy when I was a kid. My Uncle was in South Korea at the time (US Army) and brought it back for me. It said Voltron on the packaging and I always wondered why the US didn't get the cartoon series. On the back it showed clips of the cartoon.

@MrOliyboy to both you and 0wnz111, that's ultraman nexus. it's not movie, but rather very good scene from a tragically short show. (30-ish eps instead of 50.) that same ultra is in the very end of this, evolving to his final form, ultraman Noa. Also, in the open of this, is has that huge godzilla monster-thing, that's from Ultraman THE NEXT, a 2004 movie-the same ultra as well-he changes forms repeatedly. however, his red V mark on the chest stays.(the NEXT ultra returns in Nexus)

@EricMichaelRemo Considering that the Magneto video was made by Raven Software, with a story written by Marvel writers for X-Men Legends II, it has to reflect the true abilities of the chracters... and it's actually a magnetic shield, not a force field, it will only work on metallic objects like the bullets you see in the video, it would not, however work on the plastic bullets that were used in X3.

@jonny2064305 Um... It would take up too much time to make and produce, it would cost more money than it would get and there would be a massive row between Marvel and DC about their characters winning - not to mention the uproar from fanboys who moan if their superhero loses...

From how I see it they could easily circumvent the normal 12 regenerations (13 bodies). For one, I believe they stated that at the start of the Last Great Time War, the Time Lords gave everybody a new set of regenerations. I dunno whether they added another 12 to what was left, or just "topped" up to 12. Another way is that as his is the last Tardis, it's the only one getting energy from the Eye of Rassilon, which is infinite. His Tardis could use that to help him regenerate more.
