Ironically we have sailed on 2 of the Margaritaville at Sea ships recently and neither had Heinz 57 for their Cheeseburger in Paradise grill. They did have what you taught me as Paradise sauce. Our most recent sailing the cruise director bought a bottle and sent it to our cabin. I now know why there is such a branding failure

Try using cubed beef instead of ground. I would serve the beans as a side dish for those like me who do not like beans in chili and chop up a pepper f whatever strength you like (I like habeneros) to add a bit of heat and color.

Is it watery? I’m used to thicker chili

I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was amazing! My husband said it was some of the best barbecue he has ever eaten. It was so good there were no leftovers! We will be having this regularly.

I use a regular pressure cooker. I use more meat, so we have leftovers. I also use dr pepper instead of coke. Seasonings are about the same. It really is good! I pressure cook mine for 90 minutes, natural release. I'll turn it back on to boil away some of the excess liquid if I have too. I made this just about 2 weeks ago. Give it a try!
