James 2:17-26 is really important. It’s explains how doing works without faith dead but rather, faith can be shown through works and works done from faith. Even demons believe in God so if u have faith without works what does that mean?

This has nothing to do with initial salvation and the sinners prayer. This is a practice i started with myself and wish to share with others. I believe this can disarm satan when he attacks you because it takes at least some of his ammo away. The bible says. If you ask God to forgive your sins thr bible says Psalm 103:11-12 11 For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. 12 He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west Micah 7:19 19 Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean! Hebrews 8:12 12 And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins By forgiving others who sinned against you then satan cant trigger you, torment you, worry you about things people said or did against you leaving you free to serve the Lord.

I asked god for guidance and help in my life, and as soon as I prayed, my prayer was responded and god helped me. Christ is amazing, people always rely on themselves for help but never rely on god for help. God is a miracle, god is amazing!

I’ve been learning a lot from my pastor from wayyy back when I was a ‘new’ Christian about how the Bible is full of symbolic meaning and we went through a few of those things, then of course I started thinking too much… the question I have is, that I’m not ready to talk with him about, are we supposed to take GOD, Jesus, the resurrection and eternity, heaven, hell as literal because I have and still do. In fact I took it all as black and white as it’s written, but understood there were other underlying things to understand from it, sort of like how parables work. Regardless, I still believe in the living GOD and spirit But, were these intended as symbolic meanings? and if yes, what are they? Because I could probably put a lot of it onto my rebirth and the new life, but it would be a bit disappointing to think the authors so faithless to have only meant that (which is awesome in itself). Anyway, even if GODs plan is that I only got to live a meaningless blip of an existence, I’m glad I get to live it with GOD, but eternity did get my hopes up about a second life not only meaning since my rebirth. Thanks for reading, any mature Christians with an understanding on the symbolic nature of the Bible would be great to hear from you, even a secret prayer would be great, cheers.
