The storyline was interesting however I don't understand why nobody made the father/polit aware of the treatment of his son. Moving the child to the very back of the plan saying it was airline policy. Surely his pilot father knows the airline policy when choosing a seat for his son. I did not like the ending. No accountability for Claire Mitchell.😢

There had been an issue which I experienced with an airline one time, when I had been traveling for military business. I had upgraded my coach seat to business class, along with three of my personnel, so that we could continue to prep our mission profile(s) on our way to Washington DC. There had been two different flight attendants with the very same approach to many passengers on our flight: Liking to that of the single flight attendant depicted in the posted story line. One fight attendant on our flight simply didn't enjoy being near anyone in the military, although myself and my three personnel wore civilian attire during our flight. When our flight arrived in Washington DC, I had made the choice to speak with the aircraft commander, the pilot in command. The airline pilot listened intently to what I had conveyed to his and his first officer. The end result being that the airline we had flown on that day, did not have their "contract flights" renewed, pending a full investigation of their customer service policies and so forth. The SECDEF, SECNAV, CNO and CMC all weighed in on the issue. Eventually, the SECUSAF, SECARMY and other high ranking military personnel had been in touch with all the appropriate personnel, to actually affect the required changes in and with the airline personnel. The black business woman depicted in the story is 100% correct, when an airlines profit(s) are at stake. Immediate changes had taken place, and with those changes, there were many airline personnel who were discharged from the employment, due to the fact that those employees simply would not grasp the changes which had been imposed upon them, per the airlines upper echelon personnel's direction. No bad press required. Simply cut into the airline's profit margin and the prejudice, the dis-respect and all the other NON-Professional horse dung cease to remain, for the most part. The photo depicted in this posting, is that of a stock photo which had been obtained for the purposes of the story line.. Snooty white flight attendant, with a nasty attitude, and piss poor customer service skills. If the story line is true, and the snooty flight attendant did kick the ladies service dog; The under the United States. Americans With Disabilities Act; That flight attendant would have been removed from duty by the senior flight attendant aboard that aircraft, whereas the Abusive Flight Attendant is required to be placed (positioned well away from the black woman with the service dog), where the flight could perhaps, continue on without any delays, and or, diverting to an alternate landing site. The overbearing, fully aggressive racist flight attendant, totally over stepped her authority on that aircraft, and, that snooty disrespectful flight attendant needs to have had a full on complaint filed against her: 1st with the aircraft commander (the pilot in command), 2nd with then to the Airlines Corporate HQ Operations Officer, 3rd with the Airlines Head of Safety Operations Officer, 4th with the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board, and finally, the U.S. Attorney General, and mind you, the State Attorney General of the actual U.S. State where the Black woman passenger, and her service dog had originated from. That flight attendant need not be granted any further employment with the airline. The flight attendant needs to have been *Fired* upon touch down at the first airport.

If you paid for your seat why would you trade with anyone who hadn’t ! What air crew would dare to behave like this! Blatant racism / discrimination
