@@tiengraphics Other Akkos have both cable and wireless but the Alice not... its not my idea carrying all the time with the keyboard but its a good point. Did you have any conections problems with de Cidoo or something?

The battery life can go pretty long when emulating older games ranging from 3-5 hours, I believe ps2 emulation hangs around 3 hours and AAA switch games like Astral Chain was around 2 hours

I feel like the battery life of the Odin 2 is still ideal

It’s not as good as the steam deck and I haven’t done much testing to that since I tend to power off my ally completely, but you can use windows hibernate function to pull off “sleep” mode. There are times when I would just hit the power button and it’ll turn off the screen and when I want to continue my game I hit the power button again to turn it on and don’t have any issues! Disclaimer: I didn’t do a lot of testing on that

I’ve heard some things about that that’s why I avoided trying to do the workarounds to playing on the steam deck! And it runs super well on the X! The first play session though is not great but as you keep playing the sessions after that works flawlessly! I do lower the settings to medium as well to get more fps in!

I was also very tempted with the Ally X but was able to find open boxes option for it, not sure if you could do that? If budget is the issue, and you’re not really going to be playing the ally without plugging it into a wall, I’d say wait for the ally 2! The biggest perk to me is that the rog ally x has that 80W hour battery and since I travel a lot having that big battery helps. But if I’m in one place all the time I would just sit on the original ally plugged in. Another option would be to save up for the X and while you’re saving up for it the Ally 2 might be released? That way you could just wait a bit longer to go for the 2?

@@tiengraphics Thanks, I'm thinking of getting the Ally X on an installment payment plan, so it doesn't hit the wallet too hard and I'll be able to upgrade when the ally 2 comes out.

I believe it’s psp 1000 > psp 2000 > psp 3000 > psp go > psp street > PS Vita > PS Vita Slim So I don’t think there was an actual psp 2, there are rumors for a psp 2 though I think?

Very nostalgic! Yea I never got a 3DS actually, years ago the only big Nintendo handheld that stuck with me was the gameboy advance and then it was the psp!
