Great resource for Living Gluten Free: www.justnogluten.com
What causes celiac disease is as yet not known and there is also no known medication that can treat the disease, and the best that you can do is to control your diet.
In fact, your diet should not have anything that contains gluten which is an absolute no-no for any patient of celiac disease, even if the symptoms have not shown up for quite some time, and this is because the tiniest amount of gluten can make the symptoms reappear.
It is normal to find gluten in wheat, rye, barley and oats and any patient of celiac disease must ensure that his or her diet is totally free from gluten which is easier said than done because gluten is present in so many processed food items.
Thus, you should carefully read the labels of food items to ensure that the product is indeed gluten free, and if any doubt exists, it is better to avoid that product rather than take a chance that may only prove to be very costly in the long term.
A safe and gluten-free diet may include plain rice, potatoes, corn, legumes as well as millet and peas and also corn, olive, peanuts, sunflower oil and also canola.
On the other hand, foods that should not be taken include bread, pasta, whole wheat, pizza, bran, spaghetti, oatmeal, crackers, croutons, pastries and bagel as well as beer.
Once you stick to the proper foods and abstain from those that are not permitted, you will find that your symptoms will gradually subside, after which you may add some processed or even prepared food to your diet.
Another thing you should be aware of is that gluten is not just confined to foods alone, and there are certain other items such as cosmetics including chap sticks and lipsticks, stamps and also envelopes as well as some over the counter medicines and also prescription medications that can contain gluten.
Thus, you should exercise care even outside of diet to ensure that you are not taking gluten in any form whatsoever.

No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

The oat seed that the farmer plants is probably contaminated with wheat seeds! There is no such thing as a safe level of gluten. I have been “gluten free” for 20+ years eating my morning “gluten free rolled oats”. I now have Parkinson’s Disease.

I’ve been celiac for 15 years I’m on a strict GF diet, however I now find I have trouble with diary, I’m now cutting out dairy all altogether. Any celiacs out there who are also lactose intolerant ? The thing I miss the most is butter, that’s hard for me. Thanks for this video 😊

Try Vegan butter. It's not great, but if you are used to substitutingGF foods, you should be used to it. It helps if you have not had real butter in a while.

Excellent summary, as a coeliac who went round the block for 20 years, I wish our doctors would better familiarise themselves with the condition and also check medications prescribed are suitable for ceoliacs especially with lactose intolerance. I also had recurrent aphthous ulcers along with crushing migraines.

    • @WendyHannan-pt7ez

It’s hard to get a diagnosis, you really have to do it your self. I was sick with tummy bloating and tummy cramps, aching all over, itchy skin especially the scalp, mouth ulcers and horrible fatigue, plus I couldn’t sleep🤷🏼‍♀️ I still sleep poorly. I went GF before consulting my Dr, that’s when things turned around for me. I have noticed there’s far more talk about celiac disease today, which is a good thing. Good luck to you Wendy, and fellow celiacs out there. 😊

@@WendyHannan-pt7ez hello also Wendy. As a former nurse of the 60s adult coeliacs were unheard of, at least just diagnosed as spastic colon. Something to do with industrialised food and perhaps chemicals used in crop protection I believe. Glyphosate is all over the wheat that goes into our food as farmers desiccate the crop with it. That is spray it off to induce even ripening to harvest. I think the worst aspect of being undiagnosed was being treated as a psychiatric case. However, not returning to nursing opened up another career as a part time sheep farmer which I really loved. Doctors not reading notes and prescribing inappropriately has landed me in hospital a couple of times and I have to say I keep pinching myself being grateful to still be here in my eighties and staying reasonably active. It’s about what you can still do, in my case, cooking, needlecraft and gardening. I hope you are having a good life.

    • @WendyHannan-pt7ez
      @WendyHannan-pt7ez 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@wendyrowland7787 Well said Wendy , I agree you’re right . Our food is coming to the table very differently, I could eat any thing with gluten in it until I was in my 60s it doesn’t show up on a colonoscopy as I’m strictly GF, you know your self, the only thing I don’t have is migraines, that would be awful . My beautiful daughter in-law is from the Philippines, said she’d never heard of anyone with celiac disease in the Philippines Jessa said , their veggies are heaps smaller than ours here in Australia, as they mostly grow their own veggies, no chemicals. I’d love to grow my own veggies but my garden doesn’t permit it. I also have fibromyalgia, cutting out sugar and going low carbs is helping with my everyday pain. I think food today is being tamped with, I’m thinking of going carnivore after watching Dr Ken Berry. 🤔

My question is the victims got a trigger in the bodies and why there is not any treatment so far? In the markets there is not nutritious gluten free substitutes many companies makes sugary and unhealthy gf flours which trigger more and more for sufferers.

Meat vegetables eggs coffee tea. And bread from sprouted grains only. Also 2 lifesavers. Cultured vegetables and liquid bentonite. Psyllium husk is also good. The cultured veggies will restore balance of probiotics. The bentonite will peel away the fungal / bacteria buildup . Happened to me. No doctor ever caught on as to why I was sick all my life.

I was diagnosed mid 2019. I am 46 and been having symtoms since I was 10 yo. Luckily, I never really ate as much wheat products as most Westerners, so innocently avoided more severe consequences until recently. My hardest symptom to deal with is constipation. I was forever told to eat more fibre. Made my GI distress worse! So, I had severe malnutrition and felt like I was dying. I can only hope my body can, and will, absorb nutrients again. I now eat only organic, grass fed ruminants, organ meats and pork.

I’m so frustrated. There are millions of adults with autism yet almost all the information you find out there is for children with autism. These children with autism grow up and they need resources and information too. My son is 23 with autism and his comprehension levels are of a child, but he’s NOT a child. So information like this I never really know if it would apply to someone like him in his age group.
