darsynm I cycled around $3 k usd worth of explosive 4 at condition ... I'm have no ped now... and some one hit 4 to 5 k explo 3 days in a row... so I'm also doing something wrong or simply has no luck... u cannot profit from crafting unless u have really good luck expect a 10 to 20 % lost per action up to as much as 100 % loss.. so every craft u do that's a minimum 10 % loss to 100 % loss,1000 clicks would average out the loss... but if you don't hit something good...then your loss is gradual between 10 to 50 % at least .. here is a simple method, to try, do an excel sheet,key in starting ped, use that ped to buy your mats, clear out you remaining ped card by withdrawing out of it every last pec, and leave it in inventory, also clear out any residue u have from the inventory and put it in storage, next start your craft... when u finish, check the total tt value at the tt machine,of your remaining mats + residues + crafted items + any bonuses, (note the provided crafting stat box, isn't proper, as it includes returned materials value that u re-used to craft) u will see a table where begin ped , remaining ped, and u can see a percentage on each session u start, condition crafting will give u bigger hof, but its extremely riskyif u don't want risk, do qty, but dun expect a huge hof, this is my speculation on how the condition thingy works, but I'm not 100 % certain the average return is from a multiplier of 0 x to 9999x - we get this assumption from ATH HOF, the highest and easiest to calculate as of now is the explosive 4 bp,the tt cost of click is 20 ped, the biggest hof in lists is about 185 k ped ..185 k / 20 = 9250x multiplier, (while I'm on this topic, this method can be applied to hunting in a similar fashion but only requires and provides estimates, max hp of mob / 2.9 (average dmg per pec or dpp) = cost to kill,max hof / cost to kill = multiplier, and u can see the biggest ath is around 9Kx but also note, every action is 10 %, so healing tool and stuff is probably accounted for in really huge mobs, but otherwise, u need to deduct 10% per shot from the cost to kill, this method complies with the idea that an eco/ unmax / high cost gun gives better hof, and yes it does in most situations I have seen, but the uneconess is also your undoing .... dun forget 10 % deducted off the wasted "ped" that does nothing other then adding to your "multipler") on average u get a multiple of 5 to 10, any where in between u get up to 1k for common , 2k and above multiplier are rare , the slider between qty and condi , probably does 1 to 100% return based off the 9999x , so at max condition u get a chance at 100% of 9999xwhile at qty u get 1 % chance of 9999x , meaning to say, at max condition ur max possible multiplier is 9999x while at qty your max possible is 99x so an explosive 4 bp cost 20 ped tt per click at max qty,, u get max 99x * 20 = 1.98k ped hof .. while at max condtion u get 20 ped x 9999 = 198 k max there is a possibility that at max qty its probably abit higher then 1 %.. but the above just gives u a rough idea of my speculation, the key point is unless u get lucky, every action , craft., click u do = balance - 10 % - MU % so good luck =)

+darsynm what your doing wrong is you dont have lv.10 in any crafting skills. What you need to do before you start crafting anything is actually buy a repair tool called a rk-5 (L) get a few of them and a good amount of welding wire which is the ammo for the tool. You use this tool to gain experience in vehicle repair. This will also raise your skills in other crafting areas. You can repair at twin peaks or camp Icarusfor starters. This cost barley any ped to start skillin up for crafting. Heres the hard part. You need to find a mother-ship pilot that is accepting people to repair there ship for skills. Ask people in rookie chat or a place with a good amount of people like twins or icarus if they know of a mothership that you can ride on to skill up. you will have to ask the person to be added to the guest list then later you will be asked to warp to there ship when they are at your planet. The ship will go into a training ground to take damage from space monsters. You repair the damaged area with your tool and get huge amount of skills. this will get you level.10 vehicle repair and unlock a skill needed to become a crafter its called blue print comprehension or BPC for short. After you have this everything u craft u have a chance to get the blueprint up to max its % chance of crafting. After you max the bp use condition if u want still a gamble but at least you will have better %.

Determinor realms of arkarnia ... quest for glory series.. 5 was actually bad experience.. ultima series .. sword of xeen series.. all very old and good games... might and magic .. it gets worse every new episode :(
