We exist to call men and women to find their treasure in and be eternally changed by the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus and His Lordship over all of life. Treasuring Christ above all gives us meaning and purpose in life with a message too good to keep to ourselves. Three Rivers states our individual and corporate purpose like this:

For the glory of God, we will disciple the nations by being and producing radical followers of Jesus Christ.

In the good news of the gospel, we meet a God who has acted decisively in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus to redeem and restore people to Himself. Jesus lived the life we could not live, died the death that we deserve to die, and was raised from the dead and revealed to be the King over all creation. This was no arbitrary event in history; it is the decisive moment. Everyone who puts their trust in Jesus' work on their behalf are saved from their sins, redeemed for his glory, and adopted into God's family.
