Legally, the argument you can make is that you “restored the utility of your property” is on your side if you remove a vehicle by any means at your disposal. 🙄 You don’t have that advantage if you keep the vehicle there.

I'm pretty sure the previous Bird's Bridge got wiped out in the late 70's by a flood. Took years to rebuild it and several others in that area. This flood was far worse.
