When the Chief of police wants his way and lies to everyone
มุมมอง 3.1Kวันที่ผ่านมา
The issue here is that the chief tells his officers to do nothing because he does not like that, we have two dedicated spaces in front of our house. The length he goes to telling officers how to respond incorrectly is amazing. His waste of town resources and refusal to not uphold the laws is worse.

Still not open and trees still on the bridge. Many volunteers available for cleanup and they are being turned away. Money being spent waiting for contractors when local equipment is sitting idle.

Good job! Greetings from germany!
You need to put phone numbers on here for the people can stand up for you. The police sounds like they need to to have people expose their illegal behavior
Rogue Nation sent me i have a TH-cam channel and I sm active in Gainesville Florida down in the swamp. Can't believe the ish these pigs spew. Blue/blew lsls speaks the dung language of 🐷 LATIN . I Hope YOU prevail. Glad to have subscribed.
Yall missing some good music.
This is why we always record the police and government officials.
Rogue sent me. That's not false imprisonment. False imprisonment is when you hold a PERSON not PROPERTY. He can easily get out of his car and walk away - see no imprisonment.
In a hierarchy 💩ALWAYS runs downhill! 😏
East TN stand up.
You must give contact information for all corrupt pigs and mayors involved. When 50,000 phone calls come in, they will either double down or pretend to be human!
I find some def inside of my intercooler what can we do
I’m thinking that the real problem here is that the gentleman that owns the property and attached parking isn’t from around here. The fact that they can’t make any clear argument speaks volumes. Just to be clear it’s not a racial thing, it’s just a good old boy thing! The embarrassment to all involved is staggering!

Absolute legend, thanks mate 🍻
new sub here 🥰
Dresses like a Minion but with a much lower IQ
If you want the Blue Line Thugs to attend quickly tell them someone is outside with a camera!
👊💪🤙
Man you’re really mad about this
Keep up the good trouble
Small town police, small town minds. You make a legal deal with the town then you honor that deal, not talk around it with copsplaining.
Obviously a tyrant run city... I won't be visiting 😅
The most effective way to remove a vehicle is to obtain a wheeled transmission jack. I would strongly advise against immobilizing. Legally, the argument you can make is that you “restored the utility of your property” is on your side if you remove a vehicle by any means at your disposal. 🙄 You don’t have that advantage if you keep the vehicle there.
So I can drag it away legally....?
Just any ole way to move it. It's not his obligation to consider the condition it's in or how it's moved as long as it gets moved...that's all that matters
@@createnbuild1809however you desire to move it. While it's on your property unattended you make that choice how you wanna move it and infact I believe you can put a lien on it
Typical government hypocrisy.
Dumb American cops
You would have to check the law where you live but false imprisonement would not stick since he can walk away anytime he wanted
Not to mention for "False Imprisonment" he would need to be COMPLETELY restrained, No gun to his head, 3 feet of backup space to drive thru grass and property if IllegalParker really truly "Felt Threatened" . This isnt even close to false Imprisonment for MULTIPLE reasons. Istg Small town cops got more McDonalds in the Brain than actual thoughts.
Pigs are worthless.
Oh, and if they're not honoring the parking agreement, take back the land.
They had three conditions as a part of the agreement, clear past tax debt, pay $10 cash and give these spaces forever..... it's a condition of the sale that was not met and they simply did not keep any paperwork.... fortunately, I have and yet they still did not want to honor it.
Have you thought of getting a "boot?"
The time I would spend cutting, hauling, stacking, splitting, stacking, hauling, and then burning would be more financially beneficial if I spent that time on the clock at work. What's the ROI?
We have a saw mill and all our wood is just the scrap..... if I did not burn it I would have to dispose as I used to.
Personal labor, to make burnable refuse, could be a labor of love when you love the free heat it puts out. ❤
Tell me about your accent?
English originally but I honestly forget I have one
how do you regulate the temp in the house
The thermostat.... just is in circulation mode. At the other end of the house we had an older one and I had to put second thermostat for circ fan only
Wish you would have shown your wood burning and pumping outfit. Probably saved your 250$ in electrc heat pretty quick, short of the blower and pump on continuously. I don't need much heat where I live.
Cheap heat yes. But free no. There is a cost for getting out there and splitting wood. As well as your time to load that thing up. It's just cheap, not free.
No such thing as free heat.
Ever heard of something called the sun?
@@renski8976 No I haven't could you please explain it to me
@@MrTonyPiscatelle Hmm. You might be too stupid to understand if you couldn't guess based on what I said. I'm sorry, I can't help you.
Total cost of this part of the system was 250, total cost last year for the rest was 5000. 250 to heat the bedrooms to anything we want at no additional effort is the free part.
@@createnbuild1809 I believe if you were truly honest with yourself you would admit there isn't anything free including that. Albeit may be very inexpensive, but free it is not
Nice good job buddy. Did you use a pump to circulate the water in the loop?
yes
*Dock their pay when they refuse to work* Just like any other job
So much for build back better
I'm pretty sure the previous Bird's Bridge got wiped out in the late 70's by a flood. Took years to rebuild it and several others in that area. This flood was far worse.
State probably just hasn't inspected it yet to ensure safe travel. Too bad, it might be fine. I would think it would be ok if it's still standing and nothing visible. I would test it :) Have you walked across?
I guess one of the ways to get gov. attention is to keep videos coming out on a regular basis so the public can see.
It's a government thing
We need to find out who in local government isnt gonna be reelected
yes
Your facts are incorrect, sir. I’d like to have a more intelligent conversation with you if I knew who you were. In your video, those temporary water lines aren’t even there. Please, let me know who you are so we can get your facts straight. Thank you!
He should be a voice actor for a daily affirmations book. Not describing a flood of Biblical proportions.
5:39 sasquatch in the tree top left corner
well, you made me look but I see nothing
This guy just living his best life while thousands suffer around him lol
yes, but we have our hardships too. Just trying to find a positive part of all this.
Would love to see drone footage of Kinser Park lake down to the Nolichucky dam and how the flood changed that part of the river. Great videos btw
Why is it bothering you so much that they havent cleared the trees off the bridge yet i would say o keep people from trying to cross it
Because it's easy and makes folks feel like progresses. huge concreate barriers does the job of keeping people off. The thing that bothers me is i see folks in equipment on the phone all day.... five guys with one working and four watching etc. the biggest reason is guess what, we need this bridge open.
Why don't you get off your ass and help yourself? You are not doing your thing.
You wanna put a dozer on this concrete bridge? The tracks are almost guaranteed to tear the bridge up, and excavator not so bad. Has it been structurally inspected? You all gotta realize they have a priority on this stuff, almost every bridge across the Nolichucky was lost, not all but most. So of course the collapsed bridge on I- 26 has been priority and has now been opened on 1 side. I just don't see them letting anyone without bridge experience messing with these either, but mostly i think the main thing is if you tear it up, do you have the bond and insurance to fix it or the ability to pay for the damages? Overall i get it, we want stuff done faster but faster isn't always better, not sure about you but who wants to drive over unsafe bridges? Yea the bureaucratic stuff could be shortened, but often contracts are also being fulfilled on other projects that can also slow things down too.
Not a dozer buddy....
@@createnbuild1809 Ole pal @ 4:15 into your video you said you "offered to get a dozer, excavator and chainsaw and get those trees off the bridge" YOUR words sir not mine. Either way I am not here to argue with you I am just telling you what i hear YOU saying. It seems like most of the work done is contracted out anyway by TDOT as they actually don't do much work at all themselves, maybe only a few percent.
