@@lifestyleoffreedomfamily so I bought a 2nd hand one and just fitted it.i didn't calibrate as I didn't think I had to. Always buy genuine as copies always seem to be rubbish. Luckily my 2nd hand one looked to have been rebuilt which is also an option if you still have the original.

@alouisschafer7212 hello buddy. If it wad me I would take the rocker cover off and replace the swirl flaps like I did. The EGR valve was harder to remove than the injectors and rocker cover. But all in all its not that hard to do, you might loose some knuckle skin 😅 but that's about it lol.

@@MR70726 I love it now ha ha rather than when I first got it. It does need to be tuned to make it run sweet though. But that will be next year.

@sparrowscarprojects-em3fe oh yeah definitely tuned it mine is tuned and it has quite a bit more power now

@MR70726 I need to as it doesn't have o2 sensors so the fuelling is slightly off and she stutters while cruzing at a steady speed.

@@jamesmacdonald3090 yeah I did think of doing the centre also but thought like you said would be to much. The drinks holder was more fiddly so you have to take your time with it.

@@tennisfitapp not to sure. The way it normally works is the pipe off the air filter. Follow that to the turbo.

Will it work with stock clutch cable ? I have 12" apes but stock cables

@@stancekings7231 yes it will work with stock everything as its just got stronger springs. Its just the cable adjustment that takes a bit of fiddling. But it's mean't for the bike. I only have different cables as I have 14" apes and 2" risers which the standard one definitely won't work ha ha.

@@FRJ1982 that is definitely something I have been thinking of buddy absolutely. The only thing that has stopped me so far is the holes that are in the bars are to small for my connectors as these bars are meant for a harley. There are a couple if things I can do but will see 🙌

@@sparrowscarprojects-em3fe oh I know exactly what you mean because I actually had to dremel out the holes to make mine work. It's a little bit of extra work but it is sure worth the time. 👍

@@FRJ1982 that's the way it came off buddy and from looking at a few other videos they have done it the same way. I did think that as I know the standard one is the other way round.

@@gabrielezilliFPV ow sorry to hear that buddy. Silly question but you haven't left a rag or something in there to stop any debris while cleaning?

@@sparrowscarprojects-em3fe I cleaned and vacuumed each intake port closing the valves by hand rotating the crankshaft and yes other intake ports where protected by a rag. Anyway there was SO MUCH gunk... Do you think I could have bent any valves? It's possible, but to have like zero compression it's very strange. Thanks for your reply!

@@jagvolvo33 I was able to start the car again. I cranked it A LOT using a booster. Then I went for a DPF, EGR and swirl delete with ECU tuning.

Are well this one was a full rebuild.

I've sold the XC90 but I still have my v70 D5 on 170k which is brilliant and still running strong.
