Pad width?

I love it. the 1.6L and 1.9 L NA engines are really great motors. the 1.5 from the early rabbit not great, but still good. I would like to know the source of the exhaust manifold to convert one. I am looking motorsailers and motoboats that need 40-50 hp... and also all the I/0 boats with 4-6 cyl gas motors that get shit fuel economy...this would replace the iron duke... not be fast.. but affordable. The 100 HP TDI ( ALH motor) would give same speed in those boats with 50% or more reduction in fuel use.

Just 3 layers of glass with core in between?

I have wanted to build a tunnel hull boat since I was probably about 10 or 11 years old! I used to draw blueprints for different designs, though I had no idea about the fact that the air needs to be compressed to give lift along with anything else aside from the fact that I couldn't picture myself being able to afford to buy one and that was the only way I'd ever have one.. Luckily I built enough outboards and fixed enough boats that I was finally able to get an STV Pro Comp.. wish I never sold that boat, by far the best handling and quickest boat I've ever had or been in! Great work, wish I had the talent and space to build something like this!

I wish you would show all around the engine, so I can take a better look on how it works. I see a vw 1.6 na running a water pump on side pumping water through the exhaust and engine.
