🌿Salad Burnet Tzatziki 🥒
🌿Salad Burnet Tzatziki 🥒 featuring @intothenature.suisse 💚 Did you know Salad Burnet (Sanguisorba minor) tastes just like cucumber? It makes it the perfect swap for cucumber when making tzatziki sauce.
I met up with Nadia from Into the Nature to make this yummy & refreshing dip. You might remember her from the many other tutorials we filmed with her and Robert, like the nettles shampoo bar, the plantain balm, and the sweet woodruff custard! Make sure to check out her page @intothenature.suisse for plant outings in Switzerland.
For this recipe, we foraged Salad Burnet (Sanguisorba minor). If you’re in our Foraging course, we have a full plant profile video on this wild plant to help you learn to identify it beyond a doubt. Head on over to your course platform! Make sure to always be 100% certain of your plant ID and follow foraging safety rules.
Ingredients:
- A fresh bouquet of salad burnet, finely chopped
- 250g soy yogurt
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1-2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 tsp. salt (i.e. myrtle salt)
Mix & serve with fresh raw vegetables or bread. Enjoy 💚
Thanks so much to Nadia for this lovely recipe!
xx Christelle

Lentils are such an amazing source of iron and protein, it was time to put this recipe to the test 🤓 I followed Stephanie’s recipe from @that.vegan.babe because she always has the best high protein recipes! Can you use whole apples chopped up?
What is the shelf life in the fridge and if you boil seal the jars?
Where’s the towel for the back?
This is a super informative video, love it! Thank youu
Love this 🫶🏾
From Georgia, and I do grow sprouts
Could you add it to a pressure cooker with the olive oil to speed it up?
Good panty liner, but not for menstruation.
Im gonna try this
The police are on their way.
Thank you!
Great concise and informative video
When are the spruce tips too old for this recipe? It looks Chrismasy, but I suppose you can't harvest them in december anymore.
Hi there! April to May is the perfect season for this recipe! There won't be new growth to enjoy in December.
Hi there. Can I ask, what is the marshmallow root for in this? Thank you.
Love this. I will definitely be doing this.
This is closer to a polenta than a tofu. Tofu curds... Words Matter ✌️
Thank you but the music is terrible and too loud to understand 0:50
All r k how it's wash
This is my way of life too! The local plants grow for us to heal us. What region are you located? I am on the central east coast. Thank you so much for sharing your lifestyle. You resonate with me.
Just came across your video. I like the detailed description. Maybe I missed it, but why the salt?
You should not heat up honey like that, you lose all of the nutritional value
You should know that honey loses its medicinal properties once heated up. This remedy can be made by simply letting the onion and garlic steep in the honey for 24 hours.
Exactly! I was surprised to see this done this way
Super. J'ai suivi une recette un peu différente que je me réjouis de goûter. J'ai aussi testé en lactofermentation, affaire à suivre.
Génial !
I am pregnant
What can I substitute for marshmallow root? Trying to do this without resin and only use things I have if possible
Tincture for Anxiety
So basically u can mix any powders I want together then add any essential oils, water and other liquids in small amount to create a dough? If don’t use a certain powder will it burn anyways is the question?
Canthisbe used for male with varicocele
Wow, just found you. AWESOME informative video! 👏
I am very impressed with the knowledge and wisdom this video is providing. I started growing sprouts as a small business in 2023 and this video is the most informative I have seen to date. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 37 years ago. It has been a long journey in the lessons of pain. My experience in the past year with sprouts has improved my digestive health & energy levels dramatically. I believe that his superfood should make up a pert of everyone's daily dietary intake. Thank you Premacrafters for this awesome material/video! Share this everywhere!!!!
Uuu isn't hog weed poisonous. :I
Where do u order your seeds to sprout? Which brands are good?
Thank you for this presentation. Absolutely beneficial for us to know.
Music?
Vitamin E is NOT a preserve!
I learnt a lot thank you
I just watched a news report that a student died over a poppy tea overdose 😢
That was from raw/unwashed seeds, not petals.
Great to have for SHTF! It’s only a couple of days to harvest.
