Revit User Tutorials
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 16 ส.ค. 2022
Revit User Tutorial videos are made to help users that are new to Autodesk Revit software. The videos are designed to be informative and straight to the point without any unnecessary information or waffle. In the videos I demonstrate how to carry out specific tasks using Revit software.
Altering Revit staircases so they look more interesting
In this video I alter a Revit staircase to make it look more interesting rather than just using the standard model.

Importing a .dxf Survey File for Topographical Drawings in Revit
มุมมอง 6546 หลายเดือนก่อน
If you have a .dxf survey file, you can import it into Revit and use it as a template to draw the topography of your surveyed site. For this project, I used a Leica ICR70 Total Station to carry out the survey and exported the data as a .dxf file.
Placing your project into a 3D Map in Twinmotion

Twinmotion Doors
มุมมอง 3278 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video I demonstrate how to replace Revit doors with Twinmotion doors when using Twinmotion. Apologies for the 'laggy' video in Twinmotion. It would appear that my PC does not like screen recording with Twinmotion and Revit all running at the same time.......

Thank you man I just learned this so quickly 🥹and I have a viva today and submissions 😭
Is there any other solution to not do this everytime in new projects?
Hi, not that I am aware of. It is only in Revit 2025, so maybe they will change it in future updates?
Thank you - couldn't have finished my project without you
Video doesn't load after 00':59" for me at any quality. is that same to you?
Hi, the video is working ok for me without any issues. Not sure what to suggest for you?
Thank you chris hemsworth
Thank you so much.
Thank u🎉🎉💗
but this doesn't allow you create and treat it as a normal Revit wall. i.e., you're unable to update base offset, base constraint, top off set, top constraint... I cannot even select the wall now to delete it? How can we create a 'freestyle' wavy wall (not using centre-line arc, etc. BUT using spline) that can behave as normal Revit wall? This method shown is something else... I've created a wavy wall using this method and now I cannot even select to delete it even though it's not pinned or anything... no option to update base constraints, top constraints...
Hey mate, thank you so much! I was stuck for a long time!
does this method apply to inclined surfaces?
Thank you so much for this tutorial! It really helped me with the project I am working on 🙏🏽
Thank you!
Hello, may I know your Specs? I have a 16gb ram with a 3070, and it took me about 35mins to export 1 PICTURE?!
I too have 16gb of RAM. Processor is AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz. It shouldn't take that long to export one image.
Fantastic tutorial, got a nice looking skylight on my project now!
Easy and straight to the point , thank you

the double click was useful, straight to the point! thank you
Doing away with Building Pads has probably been the worst decision the Revit development team has made since Autodesk took over.
Thank you
Your accent just makes it delightful.
Thank you so much. This was concise and clear.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! No one else shows that you need to click the toposlid and then void again!! Life saver :))))

Hi i want to add slanted analytical walls but revit is not allowing me is there any solutions? Thanks in advanced
"promo sm"
Following what you show here, I cannot get the doors and windows into Revit (all from that same website you use, and all .rfa files). For example, when trying to load a door, Revit gives an error: Some or all of the families selected are not of the category Doors. Do you want to retry loading a new set of files? Now what?
It's Amazing, Thank you very much.
