Living Your Best Experiences Twice | 10 Minute Meditation For Positive Thinking 💛
Guided meditation for positive energy, positive thinking and overcoming stress and anxiety with a shift of perspective. This 10 minute morning meditation offers a positive new way of thinking, leading you to purpose, healing, gratitude and inner peace.
What would the best case scenario look like?
How often do you find yourself betting on the worst case scenario? You think about all of the possible things that could go wrong. Your inner-critic jumps in with all of the reasons you’re not good enough, and you start to believe it’s not possible. We’re programmed to answer the questions we present to ourselves and often it’s more aligned with the negative.
I want you to put out in the universe what the best case scenario is for you because it’s possible. You deserve to become the person who fearlessly goes after what they desire instead of the person who shrinks at the face of discomfort.
After this meditation practice, I encourage you to do some journaling and see what comes out through your pen.
What if you considered the best case scenario?
What if you did get the job?
What if the house sells quickly?
What if the date went extraordinarily well?
What if you got the promotion with ease?
The best thing about betting on yourself and shifting your focus to the best case scenario is who you become in the process. The journey of you believing it’s possible, growing to become the fearless person who is willing and open to achieve the goal, and shifting how you show up because of it- that’s the ultimate prize!
Shifting your perspective doesn’t mean you instantly need to believe in unicorns and fairies or that you’re just fooling yourself into believing what you don’t quite feel to be true (yet!) You’re choosing to see things differently. To open up to the possibilities of a variety of vantage points. To see the good in the bad, the opportunities in the challenges, the beauty in the hard and the lessons in the pain.
HOW TO PRACTICE POSITIVE THINKING:
1. Notice and Reframe Negative Thoughts.
At first, you may not even be aware of how many negative thoughts you have until you start to look for them. Spend a day paying attention to your self-talk. You may be surprised by how many of your thoughts aren't helpful.
2. Practice Gratitude
Acknowledging the good things in your life immediately puts you in a more positive frame of mind. Say it, write it down, and practice it daily.
3. Be Kind
To yourself, your family, your friends, and everyone around you. Kindness is one of the easiest ways to spread happiness and positivity.

I was having a hard morning, carrying a heavy weight in my heart. This meditation popped up on my feed, I’m surprised I haven’t come across this one before seeing as how I’ve done most of yours.
