Te recomiendo que sigas al Maestro Sri Nithyananda Parama Shivam himself, estoy haciendo el proceso de Samskara Dahana Kriya que es la destruccion de todas las impresiones mentales, revives el proceso meditando en tu espacio interior 5 veces , escribes en un papel y lo quemas en Rudra Homa o le haces pedacitos en 8 partes, cantando mantras de shiva para que nadie los pueda leer, y lo revives mirando en el espacio con los dos ojos para que salgan imagenes guardadas, y lo platicas con 5 personas de confiansa o lo puedes decir a 10 deidades si son traumas muy fuertes, siendo un proceso de 21 pasos por 48 dias, si lo buscas en internet esta el proceso detalladamente, el Maestro puede guiarte con su tercer ojo. Saludos.

Vero! No lo pude hacer, donde practico es en el patio y con los pájaros y el sonido ambiental no escucho nada, tengo la bocina a reventar y me cuesta muchísimo tengo que estar volteando todo el tiempo por que no escucho
