My son lives in Nottingham, nice place. I just retired after living/working in NH 40 years and moved to Florida. Unless you have a high paying job and/or a pile of cash NH might not be affordable south of Concord. Even then the Lakes and Mountain region are very high costs but only seasonal work. Top five US property taxes, income tax on interest and dividends, high utilities especially in winter, inflated food costs, many $$ commute to Boston for lack of local opportunities. Other than that everything is great.😂😂

Hi Ann, Unfortunately, I am not the agent selling these houses, they are created for the agent to put on their webpage, and it also appears on MLS where all of that information is readily available. I use TH-cam as a medium to publish these videos, and simply searching the address (title of video) should hopefully show you the results of what you are looking for!
Another apparantly unobtainable house. It must be a Top Secret Gov't facility since the only info is the address (which in itself is unusual) But.... it's a great looking place! 👍

Hi Peter! I am not the agent that sells these listings, I just make the videos as a fun hobby that I started during the beginning of the pandemic. Open houses were not exactly the best idea back then, but I have continued making these videos due to the positive responses we have heard from people out of state that wished to buy! If you were to search the title of the video on a search engine like Google, it should bring up the results on Zillow and Redfin. If you are looking to purchase, I would check the Coldwell Banker Peggy Carter Team website!
