Well done.
Helping people understand the different approaches to pricing, what they mean, and when to use them is central to our work.
the Change Management element is huge. It's art, it's science (elasticity) and you take margin dollars to the bank, not gross margin percentages. So well said, Barrie.
Great content but ambient reverb on interviewee’s end is less than desirable. I’d opt for a still frame with excellent audio. Just fyi, excellent info. Appreciate Chas!
Thanks for the great feedback Chas. We are still working the kinks out and it will get better. I upgraded my camera and am working on some of the noise on my end (I think I need to switch headphones). Please keep the tips coming.
Great episode. I had the opportunity to take the handoff from work James and his team had done. He was generous with his time to answer questions and validate my team’s thoughts on how it could be tweaked to overcome some obstacles we ran into.
Thanks Houston. James is one of the good ones. I think we've both been in the pricing game for long enough to see and hear about some bad pricing consulting advice.
Absolutely excellent! Total expert! And excellent tips! Learned a lot! Thanks for this episode!
Thank you! Alex was amazing to be so candid with his answers. He had so many great points to where I caught myself just listening along for most of the podcast.
I came from LinkedIn I appreciate all you do for the pricing community. I would like you to be my mentor.

Good conversation. When are you going to share the salary survey results?
Andy, they are out. TH-cam took a while to approve the channel for posting links, so here it is: svpricing.com/2023-us-pricing-salary-survey-report
Would be great if you could cover the specific skills expected at each level for pricing roles, especially tech skills, and tools that employers expect candidates to have.
Noted, I've got that in the pipeline for a future episode.
Great discussion. Look forward to more. Thanks
Thank you, I'm lining up some other great guests soon.
Real talk, not the PC stuff we see in general media!
Not the same thing over and over like at PPS I hope
Fascinating discussion, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
