Cape Town Circle Dance: Resilient
This music is the "Full band" version of Resilient by Rising Appalachia.
Choreography by Phil Smith
Start the dance with small steps and little arm movements....almost a subdued mood, and then gradually go wild as the music builds up to the full band!!
The four dances “Mary did you know”, “Ah dis! Ah bonjour”, “Que reste-t-il de nos amours”, and “Resilient” all have the same step sequence, but very different energies due to the different music!!
