Let modders do there thing and make this game good

Honestly steering in fs games has always been bad. It’s good at slow speeds but 30 mph and over it’s horrible. It wouldn’t be bad if they didn’t give us options to do those speeds. GPS is new and has some flaws but I’m not worried about them fine tuning it. But crashes, light glitches, product pricing, items being wrongly labeled, all need to be fixed to enjoy playing a game.

@ i agree with you. im no game developer but i assume its hard to add complex things to the game without ruining its performance especially if you give players the option to mess with all sorts of settings. id say we should give the game some more time to label it as bad or good.

@DanRedReddington the game will be fine it a couple updates I hope. But it’s just a bad launch for FS.

It doesn’t do much. it just makes it less responsive but doesn’t change how fast the wheels turn. It adds a delay to steering

I’m sure that had some crazy ideas but man power and time stops a lot of things from starting.

Consoles are getting hit hard. Sorry for that. I have had 5 crashes I believe so far. But tons of bugs and the prices are even wrong

Some people are not having problems so that game is good. It’s just missing a lot for me.

@@johnboy_gaming well I know people will love the game, I just don’t want to know from the ones that do what makes it awesome to them because maybe it’s something I missed or didn’t really think about. I just am struggling to find what took them 3 years and it truly disappoints me more than anything because I love the FS series

With cutting out the older generation consoles then should have put in a ton of scripts so that would closer narrow the gap of good mods for everyone. Time will tell.

The next "major" update will be in 2027/28

They really do need to fix alot of things like when you use their equipment and forget you have seed in the tank they don't pay you back for it

There's greenhouses on the starting farm.

Depends on the map. There is also a chicken coop on the American map that is broken. It has the eggs outline and everything

I’m hearing it’s a lot from across the board. Pc and consoles. Some haven’t seen anything, others it’s been hell

There is no great way. Try to get the cost on the screen as could to the normal price. Save before placing. Play with the tool (Plants can cover up stuff). I’m horrible with the tool I make mountains for flat land.

Console nowadays can run some crazy games at better PFS. Should be able to handle it. Plus it was native 60 fps in 22

@@johnboy_gaming Very true. But isn’t this game 30 FPS? Want to ask you. Does it work with a keyboard as well because I fine you can do so much more without all those button combinations on gamepad

No keyboard doesn’t work as far as I know. You get use to controller over time. But haven’t tried my wheel yet.

@ thanks for answering bro. Yeah I tried wheel on 22 it’s a total disaster in cab. If you play third person it’s kind of possible but more of a hassle as you cannot check your blind spots whatsoever

@@johnboy_gamingmind you I’m also on the most powerful PC you can buy too and sections of the map still just vanish. I don’t think I’m gonna play this game until there’s a major update. Plus I don’t think the base maps are that good if I’m being honest.

@jordan9292 there a some details I like on the new maps but it does not out way the problem of just running the game.

@johnboy_gaming this game would never make it without them. Also sad giants didn't add more script type mods that pc has for console, like the store delivery mod. That would be a golden mod for console.

@chrisasst a lot of scripted mods they can’t do much about after the game is out because of Sony and Xbox

@johnboy_gaming right, but giants could have added it directly in at the start.

I agree completely. They might have done some but there is still the testing process done by them before things get added.

Are you playing on pc with a controller???

AI takes longer and doesn't know that parts of fields have already been done. If set off with simple takes (mowing or Harvesting) seems to do ok. Any jobs that runs out of supply it will redo the whole field when refilled. What have you noticed?

No there is no setting to shut off fog.

@@johnboy_gaming Advanced Graphics Settings in the main menu / Volumetric Fog Quality. Turn it down to Low and it removes it.

@Frithgar20 sorry that option is not available on console. We don’t have an advanced graphics settings. I’m a console guy
