The post about the Russian with the cybernetic arm I remember seeing that video. I think it was part of a show that had made up strange stories about various things. I remember trying to look it up and it was a show make in the UK I think and was in both French and English for some reason. The part about the Russian cyborgs was about a place where people that had had this surgery done on them during the Cold war and now are hidden away. There was another story set up like a news report going in to a haunted house, and they crew get lost in the house as it's bigger on the inside then originally thought. It used to be on TH-cam but got taken down. I think the original creator took it down, and there where two lost episodes that were only in French. I think I saw it about 10 years ago. I've never been able to find it again.

Makes me wonder if there's towns whose only residents are in witness protection and their keepers. Some I'm sure are communities abandoned by the developer for some reason, like bankruptcy, zoning, environmental contamination, etc. Or partially built as tax shelters, maybe taking far more tax credits than they should by passing off cheap unfinished houses as unoccupied rentals.

A movie scene that was traumatic as a child, took place in a swimming pool. The movie was called "Alligator" from the 1980's. Your video just reminded me of it. I don't believe I have thought of that movie for like 20 years

One of the buildings shown is like 5 minutes from me, ill have to go and make a pilgrimage. But i feel that the landlord theory shouldnt be disregarded as mich as you did. I work with these people and most of them have this complex about owning the most units. One of my clients bought a building that was basically abandonded with plans to renovate, which he has yet to do years later. Looks like a regular building on the surface but its completely abandonded inside

Just because you build them doesn’t mean someone is going to stay in them, my apartment is only like a quarter filled because most of the owners don’t live in anymore

Another superb video. I agree with everything you said in this video. I feel like our natural feeling of worry and fear that we get when we’re in the woods or a forrest is something that’s been passed down from generations, like from when you said, when America was fairly new and people were first encountering cryptids and spirits. Like we basically evolved to have that fear to protect us. I also feel like there’s leftover energy from terrible things that happened in woods and forests, and we feel the residue of energy. Also, The Ritual is another great horror movie that takes place in a forest.
