We were working on turning breaks last night and I keep wanting to pivot into a shoulder lever. I like the turning break but I have found it to be difficult to do with someone much taller. The shoulder lever seems to work on most anyone but its almost certain to break something or do ligament damage.
Can u show me, techniques that show the grabber having different reaction while u try implement your locks? For example, attacker grabs ur wrist in whichever way, but as u try to react, he may release his grip...therefore not allowing defender to follow through... Pls show
I had about 60, maybe 80 street fights and never saw or get grabbed by the wrist. The wrist grab will most probably never happen in your life. Use your precious time and learn the useful stuff instead.
