Thank you soo much for this! I was just trapped in my van, in FL, for an hour because the EZ lock 🔒 wasn't quite so EZ to unlock. 🔓

It's a lot harder than it looks, especially pushing it back in! Such a crappy design, the floor is very hard to remove to access workings underneath. The hand grip should have a cushion or rubber grip as it can hurt your hand, it is so sharp edged and hard to pull or push. Why didn't they just put a manual override switch in, to release the ramp should this happen and make it easier to pull out or push in. Even my auto body repair guy didn't want to try to fix it because the floor sections are so hard to remove! So damned annoying!!

Please inform us how to take out the floor piece!
