I have uploaded a video I took when swimming breaststroke style around the Shepperton Lake Autumn September 2022.
The facility is run by "the Wellbeing organisation " who ensure safety a priority.
This is one of the best swimming experience I have had together with open sea swimming from Cornwall to Antigua.
