Good work on declining trade ups. We really need to start hammering it down so that people learn to stop asking for them. We don't see retailers like Target or Walmart doing "trade ups" even though they sell many of the same types of products. Why? Because it's a business and not a charity. There's people out here that will defend the whole "Trade Up challenge" thing, but what needs to be understood is that not everyone who requests trade-ups are genuine and decent people. A lot of them are just doing it to take advantage of vendors and they know EXACTLY what they're doing.
