Sunway是一個很不錯的開發商，BJ的Macro environment還是可以的就是Flora的micro environment 沒有township的扶持，我住harve覺得進出很麻煩muhibbah和lebuhraya bj在peak hour真的很塞，附近也有太多政府組屋和400-500k的project，要花800k買一個工業區真的很questionable。。。

Muhibbah area, too many low cost housing. Road access not very good, always Jam towards muhibbah station. Nearby there is a graveyard, potential upcoming project beside muhibbah community hall. ... This area will be so badly jam.

老王卖瓜，自卖自夸。亲自去那边看看，你会立刻没有胃口。建在又脏又乱又旧的工业区里面，每天进出门，看着眼睛就疼，还有每天罗里卡车进进出出。另外一边就有很多很多栋又旧又挤的廉价组屋，汽车是堂堂正正停在路中间，而不只是路边而已。不过，它的layout和design真的很好，还有送的partial furnitures也的确很吸引人很有诚意。但是啊但是，价钱实在是太贵太贵了。接近800千起跳买公寓无地房产而已，而且还是这样的地点，还是算了吧。

Hi Alson, they are share parking with shopping mall but lift lobby is different area. For parking fee is not free but you can get discount with concierge counter ya😄

Is every room have coffee machine, parking rates is expensive during working hours but after working hours is flat rates. The hotel staff are very friendly. Now days consider low seasons and very cheap to stay a night. Worth it .
