@@susancollings9825 On the Wrapmaster 1000, the carriage pulls forward. There are two buttons on either side to pull this forward. The refill then slots into the connecter. Unless you are using the Lakeland Wrapmaster 1000 which has a different fitting. For the Lakeland Wrapmaster 1000 you need to used Lakeland branded refills.

Hello, yes Wrapmaster supply professional sized rolls in 45cm or 30cm widths in a variety of lengths, depending on the wrap used e.g. 45cm cling film at 300m or foil at 150m. Hello, the professional system can only be used with Wrapmaster branded foil, film or parchment. If you are in the USA, we have a consumer model called Wrapmaster Home which works with any store brand wrap: www.wrapmasterhome.com or in the UK we have model in Lakeland but this uses Lakeland refill rolls.

If you are in the UK or Europe and looking for the professional dispensers, they can be purchased from many national and local wholesalers. Hello Jonny, thank you for the comment. Yes, Wrapmaster dispensers only work with Wrapmaster refill rolls. The refill rolls are premium quality film, foil and baking parchment and only fit in Wrapmaster dispensers. This enables us to provide robust and high-quality products to professional chefs.

Hello Tony. Yes, Wrapmaster dispensers and refill rolls are stocked at Sysco item numbers: 7141667 (Duo dispenser), 7141669 (4500 dispenser), and 7143409 (3000 dispenser). Refill rolls for Foodservice Film, Foil and Parchment in stock too for these dispensers.

Hello Kalied, if you are purchasing in the UK, EU, UAE then it's 500m of plastic wrap. If you are in the USA it's 1800 feet. You can order in the USA from shopusa.wrapmaster.global/ordering or from a number of distributors. In the UK/EU many national and local distributors stock Wrapmaster. In the UAE it's a company called Clean and Hygiene. Hope this is of help?

Hello, my partner and I purchased one of these and unfortunately the spring loaded 'socket' to attach the roll in the lower part does not retract despite rotating the lock as shown in the video. We assume this is a fault and will look to find a replacement...

Are you using a Wrapmaster Refill? - the dispensers only work with Wrapmaster Refills. If there is a fault and you purchased in the UK recently, please contact the supplier's customer service team. They should be able to replace the dispenser for you.

Hello, you need the 4500 or the Duo for larger rolls. If you are in the USA, the Wrapmaster 4500 uses Wrapmaster 18inch cling film at 1800ft, foil at 500ft and baking parchment at 200ft. The Duo takes x2 rolls. You can purchase online in the USA at our Eshop: shopusa.wrapmaster.global/ordering - or via many suppliers e.g. US Foods, DOT Foods, Supplies on the Fly.

Hello Frank, it depends on the model that you have. If it's one of the professional dispensers, the Wrapmaster refills will have a black connector. The connector links into the connector within the dispenser, when you lift the dispenser lid up or off. You then push the roll in and down and it's ready to use, once you pull through the film. Please see our video 'How to use a Wrapmaster' for further information. Hope this helps.

Hello Helen, the Duo, 4500 and 3000 will take up to 600m of cling film (pvc), 500m of cling film (pe), 200m of foil and 50m of baking parchment and greaseproof paper.

They don't stack but we do offer a Wrapmaster Duo which is larger and takes two rolls of cling film, foil or baking parchment in any combination so you could have one roll of foil and one of baking parchment. Having a heap of trouble finding the latest 4500 as in vid here in australia. How do i get one and the cling wrap pvc to suit?
