Make sure you put pressure I'm now using an Epson f-170 my other printer was Epson 7710 so I'm wondering if that's why the colors are different. I did one on the old printer one on the new printer.

What press are you using?
i see that the tray sets arent available, just wondering what the sublimation insert you used what was of? can i purchase these separate trays if its a common material you can sublimate on?

I would usually use a regular printer but I want to start to do this. What are all the materials required to do this ?
You will need a Sublimation printer, sublimation ink, sublimation paper, Heat press & Sublimation items. Program you will design in. I use Affinity program

Hi, You have to have the right measurements so depending on what they design it for. you can try adjust it to fit the template.

Hi, If you're talking about the rolling trays they came from China. They're no longer available.
What type tape did you use? Also does the pic have to be mirrored?
I used heat tape. Yes you need to mirror your image.

Whatever graphics programs you can use I use Affinity program. It's a one-time payment. Cheap one off of Amazon the handheld press

How long did you do the 2nd press for? Another 5 minutes?
The total time is 5 minutes. So you rotate halfway through so I set my timer for the halfway mark.

Where did you get your items from that you sublimated?
I get them from a few different sublimation companies and also groups over the years. Heat press nation, Johnson plastic, Coastal Business, Amazon for silk or Satin items

No I didn't. I used the front of my phone to record. So it looks backwards on the recording.

I print from silhouette studio or word that works best for me
@@monuette47 word is not a graphics program so you can't really adjust your your settings.

wowzers! your jars turned out gorgeous! i haven't had much luck with frosted glass sublimating items yet, but i think i haven't been cooking them long enough in my press. Its also been a real headache trying to design the right size template to use...lol

I use my heat press at 360 and do 70 seconds then rotate another 70 seconds for my normal 20 Oz tumblers. For these do we need to do less time or is that just how you press yours? Would it be ok if I stick with my times and heat. I am thinking of getting a few of these to try out for myself and see if I like them. Also for the bottom part is the 20 Oz best plate angled to fit the bottom tighter or do you leave it straight?
If you're liking the results that you're getting then stick to it. not all Tumbler presses run the same some run hotter some run cooler. So if yours is looking good then that's fine. What's working for you.
