    You are lost, Andrew. False teaching will send you to Hell. You are misleading people that God has limited His own Sovereignty. Are you crazy? He is Sovereign and Just and He does not need any of us to do anything to “allow”Him to do something. Teach the Word in context instead of taking a scripture here and there and putting them together to say what you want it to say. Preach His Word and leave your own opinions out of it! His Word alone is sufficient to teach us everything through His Holy Spirit! Just read GOD’s Word and let the Holy Spirit teach his children. Teach the Bible in context! You are full of lies!

    I love a lot of Andrew's teachings, but just as He said himself, so so so many respected preachers try to figure out Job and they get it all wrong, including himself! The issue is, none of them can simply stick to what the Bible says!!! They refuse to say, this is so difficult for me to understand. So they try to make it make sense to the carnal mind. They go as far as to state conjecture as if it is fact!!! They literally contradict the Bible in order to teach their conjecture. Its appalling! In this video Andrew says God did not initiate the whole Job thing. Now the scriptures tell the story saying that God brought up Job. So unless Andrew has some very inside information that was withheld from the scriptures, HOW is it he is comfortable contradicting the scriptures like this??? Its not our job to reconcile these matters with our human logic. The word says what it says! Sorry Andrew.

      God bringing up Job in the court does not mean that God initiated the evil that happened to him. That was clearly the devil. Read Job 1 again and you will see that the idea of harming Job came directly from the mouth of Satan. God spoke well of Job.

    So if we assume that Job's 3 friends assumed that Job has fallen into sin for all of this trouble to happen to him, would we say they were wrong or correct about that? I say they would be correct about that. However, their big mistake was that they did not answer Job's words which he constantly was speaking against the judgment of God, and this they ought to have done a better and more thorough job of. However, Elihu did do that, and rightfully so, being led by the Spirit of God.

  • @raybrensike42
    @raybrensike42 ปีที่แล้ว

    Though God did bring upon Job all this trouble by his judgment (even though it was Satan who was used to bring about the destruction) it wasn't because he didn't love him. Rather God did this to save him. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be loved to such an extent that it might require the sending of our children to paradise or heaven, at what might be sooner than we might expect, to save our souls? Yes, I want the kind of love that would spare no expense for my salvation. That's the kind of love God has for us, and it's a good thing. He loved the world so much he sent his only begotten Son into this world, knowing what the world would do to him, and Jesus willingly came into this world knowing what would happen. He did it for our salvation. Now am I saying that every time a parent looses a son or daughter that it was by God's judgment to bring about their salvation, as if that was necessary to save their souls, to get their attention? No. I didn't say that at all. However, in Job's case that is about what it looks like to me. You might say "Job's situation was special." So what is the right way to respond to tragic events in our lives? Is it time to wake up, or is it time to spiritually sleep? I would rather wake up. If I am already awake, I would want to be all the more alert to whatever might be going on, for we don't know all the strategies of what goes on in the heavenly realm, unless God reveals them to us, do we? Is it time to argue with God as Job did? No. It didn't do Job any good and it won't do us any good either. Job didn't just argue with God. He made it his habit, his way, and he needed to turn from it. He needed to repent, which he finally did. So who was the initiator of Job's trouble and losses? It was Job. However all our sins can be traced back to Satan one way or another, who was the first to steal something from Eve in the garden of Eden, which caused her to fall into sin. And what was it that Satan took from her? Wasn't it the fear of the Lord? Wasn't that what she first lost?

  • @raybrensike42
    @raybrensike42 ปีที่แล้ว

    @ 43 minutes in here, and I believe it's important to understand that it was the Lord who brought Satan to the meeting in the heavenly realm to speak to him about Job. The Lord arranged this meeting and it had a purpose. It was to release some judgment in Job's direction. It's important to get this. Without understanding this, many problems result. We need to understand that God does judge the earth and all men come under his dominion by his judgment. Now, does that say that Satan can do nothing on his own? Is that saying that Satan can initiate nothing against a man on his own? Does he always have to speak to God to get his permission, or to get something from God into his hand? No, I don't believe so. He roams about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. He as an animal who seeks prey will take advantage of opportunity. Does a wild animal have to appear in a heavenly court to get permission from God to devour some prey for a meal? I don't believe so. What do you think? What we don't want to do, is take something from the word of God to defend something we believe. Let's learn to let the truth speak for itself and learn something from it, knowing that whatever truth we read of, that it is only a part of the whole truth, but is a necessary and unchanging part of the truth we need. Abiding in the Lord will protect us from a lot of evil. (see Psalm 91)

      No no no. Stop with the conjecture!! We don't need to understand the completely made up narrative you stated my friend. What everyone needs to do is take the word for what it says! It didn't say God set anything up in order to judge Job. God wouldn't need trickery to judge anyone. Job first chapter says Job was blameless!!! Then God goes on to brag about how pleasing Job is to Him!! So please my friend, don't do that. Don't just make up comolete opposite scenarios that contradict the Holy scriptures. People! Just stick to what the word says! Its plain and clearly written! Stop adding things to it! Please!

      @@letmebreakitdown2u152 Well, I think Job was likely one of the best men in all the earth, a perfect and upright man. I just don't see God saying he never sinned or went the wrong way when he took the actions he did in Job 1:5, and that might just be a sign of a much deeper problem that God wanted to correct with him. Even so, all in all, Job was a wonderful man with an important godly ministry, for sure. Did you see Job go in any kind of bad way when you read the book? I do see the Lord cover, hide, or not make clear any sins of Job in the presence of Satan in his conversation with him, and God can do that, and deal with sin at the same time. God can both cover for sin, or hide it, and deal with it at the same time.

    What do you think the purpose of the meeting in what we may call the heavenly court was that day? I believe the purpose of that meeting was to release some judgment in Job's direction. Don't you? Was Satan summoned to attend? Who or what are what is referred to as the sons of God, there? Interesting questions that deserve an answer. Remember that God was the initiator of the conversation. Wasn't he the one that called the meeting? Remember that we are not yet living in that day when the Devil is bound in the bottomless pit yet. We simply are not yet living in that day, and neither was Job. What would this world look like if there was no sin going on? I believe it would look a lot different than it does today. People suffer a lot of consequences because of sin. Just look at all the trouble Israel suffered in the Old Testament. You could go blame that all on the Devil, but it also had a lot to do with the actions and decisions of the people of God, didn't it? Is there anything new under the sun?

  • @raybrensike42
    @raybrensike42 ปีที่แล้ว

    About Job 1:5, it may be pious, but pious isn't always right. Pious may be seemingly virtuous and may be pretended. It may be hypocritical. In fact this is what I believe Job's actions of Job 1:5 were and it is an outward sign of a much deeper problem that got ahold of him, this being why all the trouble came in a single day, something God was likely not really wanting to send to him, but he did so out of necessity, as he is a righteous judge who looked after Job's salvation.

  • @raybrensike42
    @raybrensike42 ปีที่แล้ว

    Job's 3 friends did indeed speak some right things, as Job also did. However, not all they said was right. Job's 3 friends offered to Job some good counsel which was of God, and Job himself spoke wise counsel that was also from the Lord. However, we must receive that good counsel and walk in it to be right with the Lord. If his 3 friends did not give Job some good counsel, where was the counsel that Job had been rejecting, or darkening by his words? Was it only the counsel of God that came through Job himself? Remember we did not see Job respond verbally to anything Elihu told him.

  • @raybrensike42
    @raybrensike42 ปีที่แล้ว

    I think I'm just getting something just now on this matter of whether or not Elihu wrote the book of Job. There was a time when I thought that was so because of how it appears that Elihu narrates a portion of the book where it says, "..When I had waited..." However, just now, I'm thinking "What if that was the Spirit of God narrating and that it was the Spirit of God that waited, since it was the Holy Spirit that moved Elihu to speak in the first place?" Then after waiting, the Spirit of God began to speak again...(through Elihu). So it wasn't just Elihu speaking, but also the Spirit of God, right, and it was the Spirit of God who was doing all the narration, but through whom? That is still a mystery to me. It might not have been Elihu who wrote the book, then. And this is often how prophecy works in scripture isn't it? We see it in the Psalms where the Psalmist is speaking but then it changes as if it is the Spirit of God, or the Lord is speaking, yet the words do come through the Psalmist.

  • @raybrensike42
    @raybrensike42 ปีที่แล้ว

    If anything is said by Job or his 3 friends and it really is said in the fear of the Lord, yes we may take that as instruction from the Lord. I believe we may do that, regardless of whether or not everything they said was right or not. This book should teach us to divide things which are said in the fear of the Lord from those things that are not said in the fear of the Lord. Without doing that, we would never come to a right understanding of the book. However, by following the fear of the Lord I believe we may come to a right and good understanding of that book and benefit thereby. When something is said in the fear of the Lord, it isn't necessarily just man's reasoning. In fact, it may not have come by man's reasoning at all, even though the reasoning of man may have joined in with that particular word received and given, and this is a most interesting matter to consider. Isn't this how prophecy works? When men prophesy, they are often like a confluence where a stream or river enters a larger stream or river and the two join to become one stream or river. Job also was reproved by the Lord, but that doesn't mean that you can not learn how to understand the book by something he said. You can. Job was the one who gave us Job 28:28. It came out of his mouth, and it is Biblically correct and it must be our rule to use if we are going to learn and discern what is going on in this book. We can not really learn any other way, but by using this as our rule or guide. The fear of the Lord should be the basis of our guiding light.

Same applies today because mold is causing a lots of illness. Not sure it helps but i felt I need to share.
