Using tape for your cables.....That is not very safe.
This is specifically designed for the insulation of electrical cables certified up to 600V. As I mentioned in the video, I don't recommend repairing it this way. Thanks for the comment, though.
I am an electronic tech, and would do what you did, to keep it working until replacement parts arrive. But I would warn anyone not qualified, to never work on the AC power wiring, as it can kill you in an instant, if done wrong. Thanks for sharing your experience. Happy trails....
Have you tried turning up the volume of your microphone? This is straight garbage to try to listen to.

I have a big floor standing drill press but I wanted a light portable drill press and find I use the bosch more. I have made a table and fence for mine using t track and clamps. It’s a great little drill 👍
