The images are from the small coastal town of Cadaques which has a normally dry river that runs through it called Riera de Sant Vicenç. you can see for yourself in google maps 42.28879017183887, 3.2776972175571126! The street is designed to serve as a water channel in heavy rain. Go to google street maps and take a look at the high pavements! the street empties out into a cutting by the sea that goes under the bridge and out to sea. Based on the number plates of the cars it would seem that some tourists parked in the dry river and got their cars almost flushed out to sea by heavy rain overnight. There was a weather warning in place to not park cars in Riera de Sant Vicenç or next to it in Cadaques due to forecast heavy rain. They should have parked in the town public parking area at 42.289190065897806, 3.2735665405015597! A crane removed the cars in the morning but not to worry, there is a reliable bus service to this town. The screams are overdubbing.
