@@BonesMcoy Ok, could be the reason. Just fixed this on a friends -82 Kawa 650, starter runs a lot faster when the lights are off

@@DavidBerger-g2h I think of it like this, when you’re young and a child you have to have others to help you to learn. Be it speaking or learning how to interact with the world. Your learning and human growth don’t stop once you’re an adult, they continue. Children make mistakes and learn from them, and adults do the same. It’s a part of being human. It’s best to live in the present, we shouldn’t remunerate upon the past or dread the future. Learn from our mistakes and also the mistakes of others, and treat each other well. Be more willing to teach each other, and more willing learn. All that we as individuals can do is live our own life in the present and make the best decisions according to what we think is ethical, be present to make them. When you roll a large number of dice repeatedly, they tend to average out to the same amount every time. This is what the whole of humanity is. You are an individual dice in that roll, and you can influence what number comes up. By hoping, doing the right thing if it comes time for you to, and focusing on your own personal growth and wellbeing. If everyone influenced their dice to come up with 6s, it would be a Yahtzee, except for humanity. Everyone could make it, but you only have control of your own actions. This is why it’s important make sure you do well, you deserve to be healthy and happy, and by doing so you benefit the whole.

Yes, they have an issue where they hold compression enough to run, but the back side of the the cylinders seeped oil through the gasket.

I hope not the new owner would be disappointed in me. At the least, it had more giddyup after I replaced it thanks to the compression increase. And never gave me any issues.

Well buddy i bought it from you lol. I got the motor pulled out of the frame right now and I’m gunna take it into work and check the piston bores , hone it and make sure the heads are not warped at all. Shouldn’t have blown the same gasket out again but it did .

Nah, the cylinders still have honing and I don't have/can't afford a dingle berry. The bike is sold now 🥲 I miss it a lot

There is a hondamatic one that keeps going up for sale in my area and I'm tempted to buy it each time. I'd love to find a low mileage example

@@BonesMcoy The one I was looking at has only 15,000 miles on it.

Just put it in gear and the timing chain will hold it for you, may have to hold the brake or have someone hold it for you but I don't think the can gear bolts have much torque. I would put it into a higher gear to give you a leverage advantage. Also, if you don't want to put any strain on the chain you cam use an impact drill to break them free, but you'll have to tighten them by hand to avoid stripping them.
