True: any group of people can lose sight of the greater good in the absence of transparency. I've worked with people who would be homeless without their pensions, police and social workers who showed up to run out the clock, and teachers who risked their careers to get their interns a travel stipend. There was an entire other slide on 2023 being the year of the small-town union successes, but only time will tell if the right people stepped into leadership.

Nope. We have a mental health in LARP panel being planned for GenCon but I’m full time now.

@@karlcuster7111 It's been an incredible journey to try and leverage horror fans [and their love of socio-commentary and psychology] into a therapeutic space. I've had a Changeling LARP friend directly quote Beast: the Primordial as a means of accepting a toxic survival trait. I'm finding a LOT of a success in solo, journaling-based RPG's in service of stronger mental health. Hope to catch you at a con some day.

Was so surprised to see a comment on one of these: Devil Makes Three, "Aces and Twos." I think.

It makes sense to me, it gives them a reason to exist. The need to mystically bind yourself to an ancient wolf spirit upon becoming forsaken always seemed contrived/abitrary to me. "Welcome to wolf club, now ritualisticly bond with a spirit you've never met to join a subculture you know very little about!"... What? Why? Now having each tribe have an area of specialisation in the hunt makes more sense. And the tribe/prey combinations make sense - I find the storm lord one a bit of a stretch, but the others make perfect sense. The tribe keeping up with human innovation specialising in hunting humans, the tribe with the warrior mentality hunting their own kind, the mystics hunting spirits, the guys fixated on territory focusing on the hosts that mess with an areas gauntlet... it just fits It's not like they exclusively hunt their tribes chosen prey, it's just their area of expertise.

Most pieces of all the characters are relatively intact to some degree. If that helps. My original plan was to a 2E sweep, introducing new characters along Rebecca’s path. DataMasse and Zemedir are “near,” through in a different kind of conflict and context. But I kept losing momentum in other gig work, summer shows, and before I knew it so much time passed, the story felt cold to me. I’m really happy with the way the cast handled it, and the obtuse ambiguity. Cosmic is just that: beyond our reach: “I think, Marty, we got our guy and that’s what counts.”

You know that is a very satisfying answer. Things change the world keeps going. I still loved the stories offered and what they were. The unique human first person perspective ways these stories were told. These podcasts inspired me to start writing a Changeling the Lost Campaign. So thank you for this look forward to what ever new projects come. Thank you.
