@@lifewithjaiandjoe I’m not sure why. I use to eat fried shrimp when I was a kid. But started hating that fishy taste by the time I was a teen. I can eat cod but only the way my mother bakes it. She knows how to take the fishy taste completely out with the different seasonings she uses. I also don’t like the slimy texture of anything that comes out of water. I’m kinda weird when it comes to food because I don’t like most stuff people eat and love. I’m a picky eater, lol. 🤓 although, my son will try and eat any damn thang, lol

As far as the “being authentic when you first meet a person”, I think when people are not being authentic, they are doing it to not be judged or to show off and I think social media makes it worse bc people feel they need to be a certain way - I def don’t think people should do it but I feel that’s where it comes from in my opinion

Just catching up on this video - I do think the social media thing can cause problems but I feel it is a trust thing and a conversation has to be had to decide if it’s something both parties can agree to stop it or okay with staying on it
And I also feel that it’s harder to trust a person in the initial part of dating bc you don’t really know the other person yet
@@lifewithjaiandjoe My personal opinion/question is why would a person want to stay on the dating/hookup apps once you both have agreed to commit to each other monogamously? The social media apps are a bit different for me as long as it’s being used for what the person actually said they are using it for. They become a problem also when the person is using them for lurking and secret hookups. My opinion is: get into open relationships or just stay single. Don’t ask for monogamy when you know you are not capable of being monogamous. 🤓
