Great sound, dude. What is that guitar you're playing?

Chris, first time seeing your video '09/29/24. Just wanted to express my opinion and thank you for taking the time to post such a video. Okay so, here we are in 2024. The univox amplifiers have in the last half a year or so gone crazy. Somebody's videos are making a difference in the prices being asked. Im not blaming or crediting you in any case. As I said I just wanted to thank you for taking time to make the video and p. 😅😅😅😅😅

I've tried many amps, but I'm still dreaming of experiencing Univox. They're nearly impossible to find in France or Europe. Recently, I played on a Univox PHZ-1 phase shifter (relabelled BST LM-200 in France) and had a blast. You can check out my experimentations on my channel if you're interested.

Nice video Chris thanks for posting it up ... I remember when I first heard the D50 playing on Roland's stand at a show in London, it just blew me away :) it was certainly a ground breaker back in the day that's for sure .... Oh and those Emu samplers are amazing I just got hold of a 6400 ultra after wanting one for many years.

I have a U45B. You can take a patch cable and bridge the the ACC and AUX channels. It gives the amp a little more umph

I made this step with partition wizard, fully on the pc. Bit faster 😂 just copy disk to disk bit by bit

HELP!! Hello friend! I have this device. Bought it during covid as a doomsday purchase!.. finally gettin round to using it. I need an English manual. THey sent me a beautiful German one... I guess I could trade. They also sent an English manual for E3000 series or somethin, if that peaks yer interest. Would you happen to have a pdf version? Last year at least, there was a site that I'd bring it up on... I never printed it or saved it tho. Thank you for the videos and consideration. Cheers!

Unobtanium converters in that thing! CoolEdit Pro 1.2 can play a selected range and also play it while it being changed, dont know about the later ones.

These are really cool amplifiers I've had a couple of them one of the same model and one of a little bit different model and they are real performers seems like the prices on those are steadily going up here lately well as with everything else but they are a great find.

Great video! I love this amp. I have one thats brown with basket weave type grille and a silver rectangle univox tag. It sounds great and I have never seen the exact one anywhere.

I Had to move 186 CDroms to SSD Hard drives. That was a lot of hours of sitting there and just loading then saving. took a long while. Multiple SSD's.

what model u using on the scsi2sd?

I miss Bars and Pipes. I don't think I've ever used a cooler sequencer.

used it a lot in my childhood on amiga 500 and then 2.5 on amiga 1200, along with patch meister. cool concept was it pioneered stuff like modular non destructive real time midi processing, some kinda plug in because Tools could be expanded and developed even from 3rd party (same as vst), funny some packages todays talk about "midi players" like newbie, we had them 30 years ago on amiga! It had also in 1.0 superior stuff compared to cubase/notator like full use of color, tempo graphical editing, event display of midi data on arrange window and other original stuff. A similar real time midi processing was introduced by Logic on atari/mac in 1993 with the environment window, powerful but less intuitive. really an unusual concept of midi workstation, but still powerful...funny for first time users, deep and powerful for geeks.

I had a similar issue, I solved it by setting my SD card size correctly on the scsi2sd software ( ie my card was 32gb ) and then resaving to my scsi2sd flash
