Good question, hopefully this will help answer it. When you "upload" a song/sample into UDIO then you can upload the ENTIRE song, just as long as it meets the 128 bit mp3 requirement. It can be 3 minutes, 4 minutes, 5 minutes, however many minutes long. Once uploaded, then UDIO stores that song into it's memory bank so to speak, so you can tell it to use 17 Seconds of a Guitar Part, but since it has the full song stored then it will do it's best to mimic the same structure and melody you had originally as well when pushing out it's rendition.

@@losackmd You go in and "activate" the "Crop and Extend" tool/feature and in there it will have your entire song/demo in it's entirety, you would just select the section you are wanting to use or mimic. You could select the whole Intro and Verse going into Chorus if you wanted, then say create "After Section" and put in the exact same words and it will do it's best to re-create that verse up to chorus for you, and you just have to keep extending and extending until you get what you want. There's definitely a lot more to the process that I didn't go into on the video because I was trying to keep the video some what short (which it's still pretty long).

@@losackmd You still upload the entire song/demo, just use a section of the demo to highlight in the Crop tool

We unfortunately don't have control over that. We at one time actually had the lyrics posted in the description but You Tube decided to make it "restricted" which sucked even more, so we had to upload the video again without including the lyrics. It's actually crazy on how some things get restricted and some content doesn't. We even tried to "promote" this video to try and get more viewership to it and You Tube restricted that as well, so this is gaining views strictly without any help at all.

All these songs are AI-Assisted Songs since the lyrics are 100% human and even some of the songs are using Human Melodies and Music via an Upload tool.

@@RareMusicalGemsandMore So you're basically commissioning a robot to do the work for you and not giving it credit, sure you came up with the idea but the music isn't yours

@@AidenOcelot Watch the Udio Upload tutorial video, it will give you a better idea. Sometimes the music is mine as well. It can take your music/melody from a recording and turn it into studio quality tracks. Very similar to when you have studio musicians record the music for demos for Songwriters and cuts for Artists. It's still a collaboration. The human studio musicians don't get credit apart from simply playing the music on the recording. It's crazy how much the AI tools can copy your original recording now, wasn't always like that. It's starting to evolve, which is scary to think about but cool at the same time.

@@theskarletpinkernel5745 I am actually a big UDIO user, the Upload Tool on Udio allows you to import original audio and turn it into a full track via the AI. So a lot of times it ends up being a combination of Human & AI. All the lyrics are Human as well. Glad you like it

@@RareMusicalGemsandMore Yeah, people think you type it into a prompt and it just spits out a fully realized song. AI is actually pretty bad at creating something original from scratch like that, except maybe when it comes to poetry. A lot of human input is required along the way if you don't want the result to be a mess.
